This Immaculate 1200 sq ft cottage is only a 50 minute drive north of Grand Rapids and is located on the beautiful 1350 acre Croton waterway (between the Croton and Hardy dams). Completely remodeled with white kitchen, quartz counters, bright new bathroom with seated shower, 2 bedrooms (each one with a queen bed ), 2 sitting areas (one with a queen size sofa sleeper and the other with a large gray sectional that seats 6). Our open floor plan cottage has a beautiful dining area with vaulted ceiling and a large, expandable table that seats up to 10, offering panoramic water views with its surrounding windows. Relax on our large wrap-around deck and enjoy the breeze that comes off the river, but if it gets too warm, escape into the comfy cottage with central air conditioning. Chill at the fire pit or fish along our 100 feet of sea wall frontage with 2 docks. Sway on our beautiful waterfront swing as you sip your morning coffee and look for the majestic bald eagles who nest in the treetops just across the river. Enjoy 5 bikes that are available for your use and ride them along the roadside bike path that extends from the Croton Dam to the Hardy Dam. There are also 6 kayaks (Five adult-size and one youth size) available at no charge and a pontoon available for rent. Gorgeous retaining walls and numerous outdoor activities in the area make this cottage the perfect place for your family to relax outdoors and enjoy the perfect location on the river.

The area surrounding Eagles Landing Cottage has much to offer, including great restaurants, shopping, and river tubing (with Wisner rentals available at Croton Dam). We are near the family-friendly Croton Campground and the Croton Trading Post, which serves delicious pizza and Hudsonville ice cream, enjoyed by all the locals. Bring along your mountain bikes, since we're just two miles away from the trailhead for the 47 mile "Dragon" mountain bike trail.
