The owners were very friendly and accommodating. The price was outstanding and the property itself is terrific, on a nice lot in a nice neighborhood, near Petoskey attractions, and also near Boyne City and not far from harbor Springs. I am more than pleased.

The home was clean and tidy. The beds very comfortable. We didn't use the basement because it smelled kinda of musty. A dehumidifier would probably help. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

I assumed air conditioning meant central air. The property had window units. The water in the bathtub in the second bathroom didn't work.

The location to Petoskey and Lake Michigan is perfect. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood. The property manager needed to do a good thorough cleaning b/c of several dead bugs on the window sills upstairs, along the walls of the basement & the oven inside & outside grill needed to be cleaned. The property owner responded right away to my phone call about the broken lock into the house from the garage.In general I would consider renting this property again.

We were attending family wedding, so location was perfect. Hoists are great and super easy to reach. House is very clean and welcoming. Great addition is pool table and dart board in the basement!
