If you are looking for exceptional accommodations, location, views and comfort this is the home for you. This townhome is just across the street from Quicksilver Lift and is located in beautiful downtown Breckenridge, where you'll find great shopping and fabulous restaurants. Your group will have the freedom to quickly get to almost everything there is to enjoy in Breckenridge without the worry of coordinating transportation. This home is also located on the town bus route.

Our community is adjacent to The Town of Breckenridge Upper Village Pool (less than a minute walk from our home to the pool). Pool access must be booked in advance for your party during COVID restrictions.

Great Location

Loved the proximity to the Peak 9 base. An easy walk to the Quicksilver lift and ski school, as well as restaurants and shops downtown. The hot tub was large enough for our entire family (2 adults, 3 kids) and the water had been changed out just prior to our arrival so felt clean.

This is an excellent location and quick walk to Quicksilver lift. It is on the main road, so the lower bedrooms did have road construction noise at night.

Great location and amazing property!

Communication with the host was seamless before arrival and questions were answered promptly. The location was amazing with just a short walk to Main Street (6 minutes) and a short walk to Quicksilver (5 minutes). Such a great experience being so close to both skiing and downtown! The accomodation was clean and well stocked and very roomy for our group (4 adults and 3 kids). We would definitely return!

Perfect location for downtown and skiing

This property was in the perfect location to walk to downtown Breckenridge and/or to the Quicksilver chair lift. We had 3 young children and were able to easily get into town without having to walk too far. It's also close to a ski school, and the bunny slopes for young kids learning to ski. The host was very responsive when we had questions.

Comfortable stay close to the lifts

The stay is a perfect ski getaway if you travel with a big family or a group of friends. There is everything you need in the house: fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, hot tub. Everything is well-maintained. Peak 9 lifts are only 5 min away (walking) and so is downtown.

Great condo, great location!

We stayed here with our two adult boys the week before Christmas! Very comfortable and roomy! We walked to the village to pick up our rental equipment and it was close enough to walk to the lift at Peak 9. It was also conveniently located to the village so we walked to dinner every night. The pilot and fireplace wouldn’t light when we first arrived, but I messaged the owner and she sent maintenance to fix it the next day. Great communication with owner and property management. We really enjoyed our stay!

Fantastic location!

My family of 7 very much enjoyed our stay. It was our first time staying at this specific property, 2nd time in this complex. You can’t ask for a better location. We were within walking distance to the Quicksilver Chair lift, downtown, and our favorite - Maggie’s - for apres! The condo was well equipped, beds were comfortable, and it had everything we needed for a fantastic stay, well, except for snow, but I blame Mother Nature for that one. Great condo!

Perfect location/comfortable condo for 6 adults

So glad we booked this condo with Sandra for a long weekend in Breck with two other couples. Easy walk to Main Street restaurants & Gondola. Comfortable & very clean condo with every amenity. Only kitchen suggestions are adding tinfoil & sponge/scrub pads for easier cooking & cleaning. Everything in the condo works just fine, and we enjoyed the balcony grill & hot tub. Downstairs bedrooms could use more lighting but otherwise very comfortable. This is a wonderful condo and we would rent again. Thank you, Sandra, for hosting us in your home!

clean and convenient

This condo was clean, well stocked and convenient easy walk to the Quicksilver super chair at base of peak 9 and The Village at Breckenridge. Town was an easy couple of blocks away. There were a couple of minor issues with the condo that were addressed promptly and satisfactorily by the manager and the owners. We were 3 couples there for a ski vacation and the only draw back for 6 adults is that the 2 downstairs bedrooms are small and there is hardly any space to unpack two suitcases of ski clothes. It is very nice that each bedroom has its own bathroom! Overall I would recommend

Amazing location in Breck!!

The most perfect location!! We absolutely loved our stay!! We walked to Main Street each night for dinner and it was so convenient. The townhome was perfect, plenty of space and warm and cozy!! The hot tub was a plus too! We had an injury in the family so weren’t able to ski, but the location was excellent for that too!

Comfortable spot with the perfect location. Had everything we needed to cook at “home”. We did have a couple lightbulbs out but I was able to get a text response of where to find lightbulbs right away (i offered to change them myself). Great communication and overall great property
