This villa built on 2 levels this compound:
- On the ground floor: a laundry room (installed in a garage whose access is forbidden to children), 4 air-conditioned double bedrooms with wardrobes and access to the garden, including one with its own bathroom and WC, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
- On the floor: a vast living room / dining room with picture windows giving on the big terrace, a closed kitchen and an independent TOILET.
On the terrace shaded by a blind are a barbecue, sunbathing and an outdoor lounge to enjoy the beautiful sea view.
