This location is incredible!!! Sensational view from balcony directly on beach. Fantastic value, this condo is sought after given its ideal location. You are one mile south of the Cocoa Beach Pier which is home to surfing, volleyball, fishing, restaurants or TAKE OUT and DELIVERY. Spectacular views from east facing balcony catch rocket launches. And most of all, the condo is completely furnished with appliances, furniture, linens, etc...If you are relocating or need a longer term for another reason, send a note to receive even lower rates.
This 5th floor ocean view 3 bedroom 2 bath condo with living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, laundry & 1 car garage. Sleeping includes 1 King bed, 2 Queen beds, and 1 reclining sofa. Heated pool, private beach access, tennis courts, shuffleboard, gym, recreation room. Internet and cable included at no charge. When spending your day at the beach, the condo has chairs, umbrellas, boogie board, and towels available for your use.
