About this property

Beautiful seaside house in a protected environment

Large, very comfortable house with a hedge enclosed garden of 3,500 m2 located in Santec in a very quiet environment just 30 meters from the beach. Designed by an architect, the house offers beautiful volumes bathed in sunlight. It is tastefully furnished mixing some Breton furniture with modern pieces and decoration. Upstairs, balcony windows offer spectacular views of the sea and Ile de Batz. The house is bordered to the south and west by large terraces which allow whatever the orientation of the sun or wind, to live fully outdoors. A small path at the end of the garden leads directly to the beach.
The house offers three bedrooms upstairs (two with a 160 cm bed and one with a 180 cm bed) and a bathroom, and one bedroom (160 cm bed) with a private bathroom on the ground floor. The kitchen which opens onto the two terraces is fully equipped: induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, espresso machine, coffee maker, kettle, and grill. bread.
In the 30 m2 living room is a TV with satellite programs, DVD player and a games table. The house is equipped with WiFi.
To explore the region, bikes are available. You will find a supermarket (which also catered), a café-tabac, a bakery and a pharmacy in the village of Santec which is a few minutes walk.

Great tranquil beachside family stay

Wonderful!

We have visited Santec in November and the weather as expected was seasonal. The house is beautiful and in a perfect location for beach walking. It was simply wonderful to be returning from our excursions to a warm and comfortable house. In fact everything about the house was excellent! Loved it!

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus in Top-Lage

Das Ferienhaus ist wunderschön, sehr komfortabel und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet – man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Die Lage ist kaum zu toppen: nur wenige Schritte bis zum Strand und eine herrliche Aussicht aufs Meer. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe, die Landschaft ist traumhaft. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich, die Kommunikation war reibungslos und hilfsbereit. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Sehr schöne architektonische Unterkunft, geräumige Zimmer, liebevoll eingerichtet, mit Blick aus dem Bett aufs Meer, großer Garten mit mehreren Terrassen, voll ausgestattet mit Grill und zwei Fahrrädern, Spielen und es gäbe sicher noch vieles mehr. Schönes Haus in super Lage!

Wir sind sehr freundlich begrüßt worden und bedanken uns für das Willkommenspaket und die die Freundlichkeit von Susan. Alles, was im Vorfeld bei der Buchung nicht geklappt hat, konnte Susan für uns klären. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man braucht und noch einiges mehr. Das Grundstück ist riesig und der Zugang zum Strand ist direkt hinter dem Garten. Perfekt um die Runde mit dem Hund zu gehen. Schade, dass die Anfahrt für uns so weit ist. Rundum tolle Unterkunft - sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir haben eine tolle Woche in diesem tollen Haus verbracht. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Susan hat uns sehr freundlich begrüsst und war eine nette Gastgeberin. Der grosse Garten war für unsere Kinder und unseren Hund ein grosses Plus. Der Strand ist ganz nah und menschenleer, fast ein Privatstrand nur für uns! Sehenswürdigkeiten wie Saint-Pol-de-Leon, Roscoff, Les Amiets, Dünen von Keremma sind in kurzer Zeit mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Ich kann diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Wunderbarer Urlaub

Wir durften in dem Haus einen wunderbaren ruhigen Urlaub verbringen. Die Ausstattung ist super, die Lage auch- in einer Minute gelangt man vom Garten ans Meer. Die Vermieterin ist absolut hilfsbereit und wir haben uns sehr über unser Begrüßungspaket gefreut. Wir überlegen schon wann wir wieder kommen :)

Jättefint hus nära stranden!

Vackert nyrenoverat hus, mycket välutrusta, skyddad tomt några minuters promenad från vacker tidvattenstrand. Vi och vår hund tillbringade en underbar vecka med strandpromenader, mycket fisk och skaldjur. Vi hoppas få komma tillbaka!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub mit Traumwetter in einem außergewöhnlichen Haus mit tollem Garten direkt am Meer. Susan, die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und hatte eine Menge gute Tipps. Von der Begrüßung mit selbstgemachten Leckereien bishin zur Verabschiedung gab es absolut nichts auszusetzen. Wir haben in 25 Jahren Frankreichurlaub noch nie ein so sauberes und vollständig ausgestattetes Ferienhaus erlebt. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Magnifiques vacances à santec

Susan, la proprio, nous a accueilli chaleureusement et nous avons trouvé sa maison magnifique et conforme aux photos de l’annonce. L’endroit est tout simplement un havre de paix à deux pas de la plage. La maison est très spacieuse et très bien meublée avec une très belle cuisine ouverte et suffisamment de couverts et vaisselle pour 8 à 10 personnes. Il y a deux salles de douches et 2 wc ce qui est appréciable quand on est à plusieurs familles sur place. La maison est louée avec tout le linge de maison et les essuies de plage, ce qui est également très appréciable. La plage est au bout de la maison et est tout simplement magnifique car encore peu fréquentée et un peu sauvage. En conclusion, il y a tout pour passer un super séjour avec aussi des beaux endroits à visiter comme l’île de Batz, Roscoff, St pol de Léon.

Séjour de rêve

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine en famille dans cette maison magnifique à la décoration très soignée et tout y est réuni pour passer un super séjour. La pièce de vie est très belle, les chambres sont toutes très grandes avec de nombreux rangements et celles à l'étage offrent une vue imprenable sur la mer et l'île de Batz. Le jardin est immense et parfaitement entretenu, quant aux 2 terrasses aménagées, elles offrent un vrai plus à l'abri du vent et restent ensoleillées jusque tard, parfait pour les fins de journées au retour des balades et très bien équipées pour 8 personnes. Que dire de la proximité de la plage au bout du jardin et de ce petit coin de paradis qu'offre Santec avec ses rochers découpés et la proximité de l'île de Batz et de l'île de Sieck. Un grand merci aussi à Susan pour son accueil très chaleureux à notre arrivée, son panier gourmand bien garni dont la délicieuse confiture maison et ses précieux conseils pour les environs. Ce séjour a fait l'unanimité et a été notre coup de coeur du Finistère. Nous espérons y revenir.
