Quiet, not far from Montpellier (5' by car, 8' from the TRAM).
The village is in a dead end, on the edge of the garigue (see on Google Map) the street adjoining the rental very little traffic.
This makes the evenings, on the terrace, by the swimming pool, particularly pleasant.
The vegetable garden and the plancha allow you to appreciate the delicacies of our region.
Many charming villages nearby (St Guilhem le Désert, Pic St Loup).
Wine lovers, we are in the middle of the Languedoc hills, between Montpeyrou and Pic St Loup.
The sea and various rivers are not far away.
Hypermarket 7' away by car.

Merci au propriétaire pour leur écoute, nous avons passé 2 semaines agréables piscine formidable

Nous avons passé 2 semaines agréables, très bien accueilli par des propriétaires à l écoute. Louer en pleine canicule,la climatisation aurait été un plus.il serais judicieux de changer certaine literies Si vous cherchez comme nous un environnement calme pour une famille de 7 personnes, alors vous êtes au bonne endroit

Maison très agréable, spacieuse. La piscine était parfaite nous en avons profité au quotidien. Nous avons manqué de rien , le propriétaire nous a laissé libre accès à son potager, un pur bonheur ! Séjour Grabels

Maison très agréable, chacun avait sa chambre individuelle, la piscine et la plancha sur terrasse abritée étaient les bienvenues. Nous en avons profité au quotidien. Les équipements de la maison étaient parfaits, nous n’avons manqué de rien. Et de plus, le propriétaire nous a laissé libre accès à son potager. Du pur bonheur ! Seule petite ombre au tableau, les mouches très virulentes et les moustiques. Nous recommandons vivement cette location et merci au propriétaire pour son accueil.

Merci Catherine pour cette appréciation très positive. Pour ce qui concerne les insectes (à l'extérieur), il s'agit, nous en avons rediscuté depuis, d'un cas heureusement exceptionnel, lié à la canicule mais aussi à un petit problème rencontré par une voisine, et réglé depuis. Désolé pour le désagrément. Au plaisir de vous revoir.

Séjour très agréable.

Nous avons séjourné dans cette maison en famille avec plusieurs enfants. Maison très belle et propre, piscine très grande avec peu de vis à vis. Jardin avec potager, nous avons pu nous régaler avec les tomates et les courgettes du jardin. Plancha à disposition pour faire nos grillades. Jef est un hôte très réceptif et disponible. Je recommande si vous voulez passer des vacances en famille au calme et profitez de sa grande piscine.

Farniente en toute tranquilité

Maison très agrèable. Quartier très calme. Accueil très sympa, on etait tout de suite à l 'aise, comme à la maison. Nous avons bien profité de la tonnelle et de la plancha, sur vue piscine et dégagée. Merci aussi à Jef pour l'accès libre à son potager, particulierement ses tomates, un goût authentique. La piscine: élèment incontournable pour nos ados d'enfants, est magnifique. Le jardin est très agréable, reposant, avec un peu d'ombre le matin pour le sport. Quelques marchés à quelques km à Montpellier mais Grabels est un village avec toutes les commodités et commerces avec d'excellents produits, accessible en un quart d'heure à pied.
