We loved this house for our family stay in Fredericksburg. It is easily walkable to Main St. (but no sidewalks, so be careful!) and quiet at night. Nicely decorated and well renovated with comfy beds and space for lounging. Coffee and snacks were appreciated! A lovely place to stay—highly recommended.

This little house was adorable. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything needed, and the place was spotless. The location is convenient to downtown but it is on a busy road so there was traffic noise. The host was very responsive and helpful.

Cutest little home with everything you could need for a trip to Fredericksburg. Clean, conveniently located, well stocked, and so cute. A great landing spot for couples or a girls trip of up to four. Enjoyed ready on the little screened in porch and loved the full size coffee pot. Thank you!!

This was the perfect spot for a girls weekend. Nice kitchen. Great closed in back patio - perfect for sipping morning coffee. Just a few blocks from Main Street. It was an easy walk - but required crossing the street to access sidewalk a couple of times. Still very easy to navigate! We so enjoyed our stay.
