We loved this house for our family stay in Fredericksburg. It is easily walkable to Main St. (but no sidewalks, so be careful!) and quiet at night. Nicely decorated and well renovated with comfy beds and space for lounging. Coffee and snacks were appreciated! A lovely place to stay—highly recommended.

This little house was adorable. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything needed, and the place was spotless. The location is convenient to downtown but it is on a busy road so there was traffic noise. The host was very responsive and helpful.

This was one of the best properties ever. Clean clean clean. Well decorated. Neat tidy. Equipped! I will definitely stay here again. Perfect size table for Mah Jong, ladies!!

Cutest little home with everything you could need for a trip to Fredericksburg. Clean, conveniently located, well stocked, and so cute. A great landing spot for couples or a girls trip of up to four. Enjoyed ready on the little screened in porch and loved the full size coffee pot. Thank you!!

This was the perfect spot for a girls weekend. Nice kitchen. Great closed in back patio - perfect for sipping morning coffee. Just a few blocks from Main Street. It was an easy walk - but required crossing the street to access sidewalk a couple of times. Still very easy to navigate!We so enjoyed our stay.

My husband and I went here for our anniversary and the house was very charming and inviting. The beds were so comfortable which one thing my husband and I are adamant about wherever we stay. We will definitely stay here again! Great place and love the decor.

Charming home

This was perfect for a sister trip. The decor, bedding, location and comfortable beds made the trip just right. Highly recommend for a trip to Fredericksburg!
