In short, an ideal location to enjoy the hinterland and the Mediterranean Sea or simply relax by the pool.

The house can accommodate 8 people very comfortably.

On the ground floor, a spacious 90 m2 living room with an American kitchen open to the living room, fully equipped (US fridge with ice dispenser, induction hob, nespresso coffee machine, thermomix, dishwasher, etc.)
The large bay windows open onto the exotic wooden terrace (100m2) and the swimming pool.
Laundry room with washing machine and dryer, separate WC.

Upstairs :
1 parental suite of 24m2 (160cm bed) with dressing room and shower room (walk-in shower), 2 bedrooms of 15m2 each with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with bath, WC on the landing.

Independent studio attached to the villa:
25m2 with double sofa bed, shower room, fitted kitchen
Possibility of adding 2 mattresses to the floor for children

The villa is very bright with the sun all day, fully air conditioned (except the studio).

For your indoor leisure: wide screen TV, Wi-fi, pool table, piano, game cube console, video games terminal with 800 games.

11X4 secure swimming pool with electric shutter, deckchairs, pétanque court, trampoline, ping pong table, basketball hoop, gas barbecue / plancha.

We will be available to answer your questions and advise you on places to visit in the region. We will also send you by email a short guide with our best addresses, places to visit, where to swim.

Spaces accessible to travelers
The entire villa and its exteriors will be at your entire disposal. Only one room in the house will not be accessible (office, not mentioned in the rooms described).
We will not be there.

The villa is located in Saint Gely du Fesc, a village 8 km north of Montpellier. The area where the villa is located is residential, quality and very quiet. The villa is at the end of a dead end.

This villa is ideal for 2 families with children.
Holidays are not accepted.
Non-smoking house (only outdoors), pets not allowed (there is already a cat on the property)
Household linen is provided (bed linen, towels, tea towel)
Cleaning is included. We just ask you to throw your trash cans in the bin and put away the dishes.
There will be a rental contract with deposit request, security deposit, an inventory of entry and exit.
