The views were amazing. Location was great. Being on the main lake and not a cove made difficult to swim without tons of wakes. Very very outdated. For the amount of money you pay for the property you expect a better quality. 3 TV’s in the whole place and only 2 that worked. We had to sweep when checked in. Fire pit was just a fire ring.

My family and I stayed 5 nights at Field of Dreams. We have been vacationing at Norris Lake for 15 years. This house was nice but it could’ve been much cleaner for the price you pay to stay. We did find some trash in bedrooms and it seemed like the sheets were not washed prior to us arriving as there were fresh stains on some of them. The home could definitely use a little tlc and the cleaning team could do a better job of thoroughly cleaning the home before arrival.

very relaxing and fun.

Loved our stay!! There was 15 adults and 6 children, but still room to be seperate when you needed a break from the noise and activities! The dear strolling thru in the evening and morning was really nice too.

Amazing house!

This house was gorgeous and large enough to fit all the family and friends we had stay. The property is clean and made for the perfect relaxing week at the lake. The views are unbeatable- you won’t regret staying at the field of dreams!

Amazing lakefront home!

Beautiful house with wide open spaces for family to gather both inside and outside. Perfect home for a family to rent. Great location beautiful view. The house is even more spectacular in person than in the pictures. We will stay here again!

Family Retreat

We had a great stay with our whole extended family. It's rare to find one home we can all fit in and also afford. The space was great, and the property managers were quick to respond to questions and resolve issues. The linens could use an update, but other than that everything was fantastic.

The communication was clear and concise. No confusion on anything. The property could have been a bit cleaner, i.e. , undergarments and trash under some beds and behind doors that were found. Cupboards seemed to be pretty dusty. TV in the 'bunk'room seemed to be out of commission, but the only time that was an issue was when it rained. We were there to be outside. Over all, would totally stay again. Great dock/swim area. We went for a lake week/no hustle or bustle, and we received just that. Parking is a touch tight if there are multiple full size trucks, but nothing unmanageable. Some folks, maybe the elderly , May not like the walk up from the water to the house, but kids will run it. Over all, very nice stay. There was plenty of wildlife to be seen.

Easter Gathering 2025

This lakefront property well exceeded our expectations. Plenty of space for everyone. The front yard was perfect for volleyball and egg hunts. Dock was great to fly kites and fish. Plenty of room in the kitchen for food and cooks.This will be on our list of rebooks for future trips.

Family Reunion

This is a great property on Lake Norris. Our larger group loved the house and the instant access to the water. We had an issue with the kitchen sinking leaking but the maintenance crew was right in it and had us up and running in about 2 hrs. We would definitely stay again.

The home was amazing!..The photos dont give the home the credit it deserves. The house was warm and inviting and everyone had lots of room to move around. I would give the home and property a strong A+++

Fall 2021

Great location. Many of our group did not show up so we had plenty of extra space. Nice location. We already knew that the property was going through off-season maintenance, so some of the small things weren’t an issue. Will definitely consider renting again.
