Come see why this 5th Floor Phoenix Orange Beach condo is the best for your family!

Our condo is perfectly situated on the 5th floor directly overlooking the Lazy River at Phoenix Orange Beach with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! Avoid the elevators and park on the same floor as the condo!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom. With over 1,750 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!

Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 55" SMART TV in the master, and a 55" Smart TV in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master and two Queen beds in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, sleeper sofa in the living room for sleeping up to 12.

There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, heated in-door swimming pool, two large Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court on the 10th floor.

There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Perfect location on a perfect beach

Condo has all everything you need for a great beach trip. The kids enjoyed the lazy river, indoor pool and water slide. Everyone enjoyed the beach!! Condo is within walking distance of many restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores.

This 5th floor condo is AMAZING! Parking on the 5th floor practically right outside the front door was so convenient. Condo was very spacious and clean. The large balcony, balcony furniture and view were the best! Fast communication with the owner.

Beautiful condo, great amenities, perfect location

Everything about our stay was wonderful, except the condo had not been cleaned at all. (bathrooms were especially unclean; we cleaned before using) The property is beautiful and the condo rooms are very spacious. The lazy river is a super bonus and fun. The location is close to restaurants, a shopping outlet and more. We had a great time!!

Christmas vacation

It was a very nice condo, it was a lot of extra cost to buy garbage bags and soaps . We would suggest to at the very least keep some of that in the premises we understand why you don’t keep spices or seasonings. Overall the place was very clean and area was very family friendly.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very appealing in appearance and in a great location. The only issues we had were the broken furniture on the balcony and the washing machine not working. Overall, we had a very good time!

The condo was very nice. Location and parking was convenient. Just a couple of house cleaning. Floors were dirty and the dish washer didn’t work at all. All to hand wash a lot of dishes:(

First vacation in Alabama

We were very impressed with the size of the rooms, the balcony with lots of seating, the stainless steel appliances. The easy parking and unloading from room 503. The air was cold, everything there to cook with. We loved the high ceilings. Short walk to the beach. It was great hav8ng choices from the ocean, to the pool, the lazy river and the two huge hot tubs. We will definitely stay there again. I couldn't seem to get the emails but i left messages and they were kind and upstanding and gave us all the information we needed. Thanks for maki g the lewis family vacation of 2023 a huge success

Best family vacation spot

The property is beautifully decorated, easy access from car to door. The lazy river, water slide and pool were a plus for our group. The washer & dryer was nice to wash beach towels & swimwear. The kitchen was stocked well enough but some pieces need to be restocked. Measuring spoons, blades for hand mixer. You will need to bring extra toilet paper, trash bags, dish washer dish soap, laundry detergent, bath soap. Salt & pepper and any spices there is nothing! Ceiling fan in living room needs repaired it makes a clicking noise. The patio door is shard to open.

Very nice condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay. Property was clean and ready for us. One of the best things was the parking! We were able to park right on our floor (5th). The only thing I found a little odd was the # of plates, cups, silverware etc. Even though it is advertised as sleeps 12 (we had 11) there were only 11 plates, cups etc. Not a big deal, but wondered did housekeeping actually take away one of each? Overall our stay was enjoyable!

Nice but needs some TLC

Upon arrival noticed that the glass on the kitchen table had a large crack in it that they taped. At the first meal it cracked all the way across and left sharp edges. They did come and remove it the next day. The bathrooms had some mold in the showers and the floor was not cleaned very well and the corners had sand in them. Also the toilets did not flush very well. I would recommend putting a large rug in the living room area to help soften the hard tile floor and allows a soft place for young children to play.

Great Location-Not Clean

The location of the condo is great! The balcony is spacious and love the access from the master bedroom. Several issues with cleanliness. Master bath toilet was not clean nor was the shower (mold/mildew around bottom of shower). One of the other bathrooms had some blood that my daughter had to clean off. Candy found on the floor in the living room. Need to update appliances. Oven took awhile to heat up and refrigerator drawer did not function properly.
