Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was not cleaned. Floors were so dirty we wore shoes because are socks were black. The sliding glass doors were so smudged you couldn’t see through them.

The view was amazing, and the water was gorgeous. Access to the beach was easy, not a far walk. The unit was huge and the decor was super cute! The unit is on the same level as the parking garage and right through the door making it super easy to load/unload our vehicle and to order food. The unit was safe and spacious for our toddler to explore. Would definitely stay again!

Great space! Loved the amount of beds and en suites! Great for larger families or families with teens traveling with a friend. Parking garage was great, elevators were quick. Excellent location within Orange Beach. We walked to CVS and Starbucks. Several stores and restaurants are within walking distance. The WiFi worked great. We couldn’t figure out the TV/remote in the master but all the others worked fine. Be aware- not any plastic cups in the condo. So bring your own insulated containers for the beach, and maybe plastic cups you have little ones. A few sand toys were provided but no other chairs, floats, etc. This wasn’t a problem but just an FYI. We would absolutely stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a wonderful unit, our 2nd time staying in Phoenix Orange Beach. We hope to return! Plenty of space for our family of 6 and room for Grandma and Grandpa to stop by and have dinner. You can't beat the location. Only issue was there was sand in all the beds the first night. My guess is bedding was dropped on the floor as the beds were made and sand was picked up with the covers. I washed sheets the next day, made sure nothing touched the floor, and everyone slept much better.

Nice family beach vacation spot

Quiet nice family beach area, good restaurants and shopping, beaches were clean and uncrowned. Kids liked the lazy river and big hot tubs.

Perfect location on a perfect beach

Condo has all everything you need for a great beach trip. The kids enjoyed the lazy river, indoor pool and water slide. Everyone enjoyed the beach!! Condo is within walking distance of many restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores.

Excellent family vacation

This 5th floor condo is AMAZING! Parking on the 5th floor practically right outside the front door was so convenient. Condo was very spacious and clean. The large balcony, balcony furniture and view were the best! Fast communication with the owner.
