Amazing and easy access to lake! We loved using all of the boats and amenities, and spending time outside on this beautiful property. The location was great, with easy access to groceries and things to do. We found the kitchen to be just as well equipped as people say - no need to pack kitchen supplies! The communal spaces easily accommodated our group of 10 parents and adult siblings, and the host was helpful and communicative. We would love to return!

This home was perfect for our 3 generations of family! We loved the 3 rooms with king sized beds and the abundance of bathrooms. The kitchen is well layed out and the huge table allowed us to eat multiple meals together. But it’s the outside space that will bring us back. The views are gorgeous! The dock and boat mooring allowed us to have our pontoon boat and a grandson’s bass boat. And the fishing was spectacular! So much outside seating and a hammock to relax and read that we never felt the need to leave the property. The owners were very prompt in responding to our small concerns and helpful with questions we had. I very highly recommend this home and will hopefully return next year!

The outdoor space was wonderful and be sure to catch the sunset...Breathtaking! Plenty of outdoor amenities. The kitchen was completely stocked including an electric gridle and stock pots. The bathrooms and bedrooms on the 2nd floor were adequate for our group, but a bit dated. The A/C failed with two days left in our vacation and a part was needed to fix it. The Host was unavailable for several hours, but the issued was eventually resolved.

The house and property are absolutely beautiful. Having access to the lake with the ATVs is perfect. The host is very helpful. They had everything you would need. This was our fifth time staying in the winter season at the property and we would definitely go back again. Either summer or winter. Having a fireplace in the winter time is so cozy. The sunsets are one of the best we’ve ever seen.The whole family loved it, including the grandchildren.

Family friendly fun!

The home is perfect has everything you need and is exactly as described in the listing but better. The lake is beautiful and the yard has a wonderful fire pit we enjoyed in the evenings. We highly recommend and would rent again.

Great location to relax and replenish

The house and lake view exceeded our expectations. The home was very clean and stocked with firewood so we could enjoy the fireplace and the fire-pit outside. My family and I will be back.

Family valentine fishing trip

Great location, had the kids and grandkids. Very spacious house. Plenty of room for everybody. The fire place was so nice after a day on the lake ice fishing. Great access to the water for fishing. Had our ATVs on the lake .

Quick Getaway

The house was great, clean and inviting. Tom the host was very accommodating. We came to the area for a quick waterfowl hunt with a local guide. House was conveniently located.

Excellent Stay

Once again, amazing stay! This our 3rd year renting what has to be one of the best VRBO's out there. There's a reason we keep coming back! The house has everything you could ever want or need, including an upgraded washer and dryer this year, and lake front access is like no other. Communication with Tom is easy. We look forward to booking again next year!

Great family place to stay

Beautiful property in a great location with a waterfront view. House can sleep multiple people comfortably. Teens enjoyed the top floor as their own hang out space. Everything you could possibly need is included for family gatherings and dinners. The weather was not the best so we did not get to enjoy the kayaks but everything that was listed was there and available. Great communication sent by the property owner. .

Life is Good on Lake Champlain

We loved our week at this VRBO on Lake Champlain. The lake house has an open kitchen, dining, and living area that is perfect 2 families traveling together. The view of the lake was spectacular. There is ample amount of indoor and outdoor seating to gather and a number of kayaks, canoes… provided to explore the lake that has easy walk-in or dock access. This house was a home away from home that was truly relaxing. Loved it!

Life is Good- Treasure

Our family had a great vacation at the 'Life Is Good' home! It is a special location on the point. We had a great view of the sunset and the moon on the water. The Boat Shack was a hit with our group for games each night. We also really appreciated the use of their boats/kayaks/canoes! Thank you Robinsons!!
