Perfect beach town getaway with AMAZING views

This was the perfect beach town vacation home, it was relaxing, peaceful, close to town and had the most amazing views of the sea! The home was up to date, with a beautiful kitchen, dining room, cozy living room and the bedrooms were all cozy, roomy and comfortable. I would highly recommend this vacation home for families, friend vacations and/or couple getaways. I’d to return someday to stay at this beautiful home.

Scenic and great neighborhood

We loved our stay. Beautiful views and we enjoyed the pool! Wasn’t prepared for the hills haha! But we did end up walking to town and beach! Felt very safe & comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

Awesome Mediterranean views

We very much enjoyed the spacious home with 2 separate private en-suites, two additional bedrooms two more baths and the generous living, dining spaces. The home offered security and calm. Sant Pol de Mar’Vellous!

We had a wonderful fortnight at this gem of a house on the hill. Amazing views and a superb position from which to explore the Costa Brava. The house worked well for a group with different levels, plenty of bathrooms and places to be both social and private. Aspects of the house could be slightly upgraded but, when we had minor issues, the host was responsive and friendly,

Beautiful property

We had a nice stay at Jacques property the location is beautiful and the pool is also very nice. The location is so beautiful and the you get an amazing view of the beach and the town is very close as well. We loved Sant pol de mar and definitely want to visit again. We got a lot of privacy at the pool which was nice and we were in a corner so it was super great Only complaint was the overall cleanliness was not up to par. There was quite a bit of checkout responsibilities as well

Beautiful Home in great location

Beautiful home, beautiful view of the sea and a nice breeze during the day. During the evening hours it was too warm inside as most windows didn't have screens and the mosquitos and bugs don't allow them to remain open. Other than the temperature, lack of any fans or limited screens it was great!

Not as expected

You will have to have a car for this house since it is so far out and hard to get too. One Uber driver almost got stuck on the dirt road because of the potholes. There is no AC or fans. So it was very uncomfortable. Being your own toilet paper and towels. You get one roll of toilet paper. The house view is great. I will say it is beautiful. Just the inconveniences outweighed the view. The smell…we sprayed as much Lysol as we could. There is not a cleaning crew.. so the dust is a lot too. I travel for a living and this is the o my negative review I have ever given. We had an emergency and had to leave early. I have the email- even with Insurance he refused to pay. Be very careful when looking this property.

Das Haus hat einen unglaublich schönen Blick aufs Meer. Die Lage, die Aufteilung der Räume, die Küche, die Terrassen waren für uns perfekt. Der Gastgeber war gut zu erreichen und hat uns über alles informiert. Es wäre allerdings noch ein bisschen „Luft nach oben“, was die Sauberkeit und den Renovierungsbedarf betrifft. Uns hat es aber sehr gut gefallen und wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen.

Sehr großzügiges und komfortables Ferienhaus

Die hervorragende Lage der Villa wurde in den vorange-gangenen Bewertungen bereits mehrfach erwähnt. Dem können wir uns nur anschließen. Mit den vielen Zimmern und Bädern ist das Haus wirklich üppig ausgestattet. Am Haus stehen zwei stark nadelnde Kiefern und ein Hibiskus, der viele Blüten verliert. Man muss also regelmäßig die Terrassen fegen. Highlight des Außenbereichs ist der sehr gut temperierte Pool. Das Haus ist insgesamt gut ausgestattet. Die Auswahl der Gläser und Becher in der Küche könnte jedoch verbessert werden. Ebenfalls zu bemängeln sind die maroden Kleiderschränke im oberen Schlafzimmer mit Bad. Das Hauptproblem während unseres Aufenthaltes war jedoch die Moskitoplage. Ohne Mückenspray und Mückenstecker ging nichts. Das Haus hat nicht an allen Fenstern und Türen Mückengitter, einige hatten Löcher. Vor allem im Erdgeschoss konnte man v.a. abends nicht durchlüften. Es gibt aber zwei mobile Standventilatoren, die man bedarfsgerecht platzieren kann. Jaques ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber, der sofort auf Fragen reagiert. Wir haben ihn persönlich kennengelernt, weil er in der Nähe Urlaub gemacht hat und spontan vorbeigekommen ist. Dabei haben wir uns sehr nett unterhalten und auch Mängel am Haus besprochen. Er hat sofort Tape gekauft, mit dem er die Moskitonetze geflickt hat. Dabei hat er uns erzählt, dass er im Erdgeschoss weitere Netze anbringen wird. Wir können das Haus sehr weiterempfehlen und danken Jaques für die unkomplizierte und sympatische Kommunikation.

Urlaub in einer schönen Stadt

Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen in einer ruhigen Gegend mit wunderbarem Blick auf das Meer. Das Haus selbst ist leider trotz inserierter Renovierung in 2017 mittlerweile in die Jahre gekommen und nicht gepflegt auch mit defektem Fenster sowie Schrank im Obergeschoss. Die Außenanlage muss jeden Tag gesäubert werden, da die Sträucher und Bäume sehr viel Schmutz hinterlassen. Der Vermieter ist leider nicht vor Ort und nur über Mail erreichbar. Dennoch ist die absolute Ruhe sowie die kurzen Entfernungen zum Strand und Stadt einen echte Erholung.

Tolles Haus, traumhafte Aussicht….

Wir durften 2 Wochen in einem wirklich tollen Haus, mit einer Wahnsinns Aussicht verbringen. Wir, Family Haberl, 2 Töchter, eine davon mit Mann und Kind. (57 und 55, 30, 30 und 1 Jahr, und eine Tochter mit 27) Vorab, wir vermieten selbst eine Ferienwohnung am schönen Ammersee in Bayern. Der Zustand des Hauses ist befriedigend. Das Putzteam könnte besser putzen. Die Betten evtl mal getauscht werden. Die Matratze vom Babybett war total mit Flecken. Diese wurde nach 2 Tagen gegen eine neue ausgetauscht. Der Garten ist leider nicht schön gepflegt, obwohl während unserem Aufenthalt der Gärtner 2 x da war. Das wichtigste Gerät ist der Laubbläser, um alle Blüten von der einen Seite zur anderen zu blasen. Die Pooldame kam auch 3x zur Reinigung. Da wird der Poolsauger kurz angesteckt, etwas am Rand entlang gesaugt und nach 15 Minuten ist das ganze wieder vorbei. Man könnte aus dem Haus mit Garten ein Juwel zaubern. Man müsste nur etwas mehr Zeit investieren. Nachbarin ist eine nette Deutsche Dame. Kurzum, wir hatten einen super tollen Urlaub.

Que du bonheur

Nous venons de passer une semaine dans cette magnifique villa perchée sur les hauteurs de sant pol de mar. que dire, la vue est magnifique, la maison est superbement bien équipée et pratique. Il ne manque rien. Tout est prévu, serviettes de toilettes et serviettes de bains, draps etc… Jacques est hyper disponible pour toutes les questions. A découvrir absolument.

Villa conforme à l'annonce bien située spacieuse Jacques le propriétaire est à l'écoute et réceptif aux besoins nous recommandons cette villa. Seul point désagréable les chiens de la voisine mais nous reviendrons.

Tolles Ferienhaus mit traumhaften Panoramablick-Meerblick

Toller Urlaub Das Ferienhaus ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Der Ausblick vom Ferienhaus ist einfach nur traumhaft schön. Der Pool rundet das ganze noch ab. Der Vermieter ist super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Ferienhaus ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Ort ein guter Startpunkt für Ausflüge. Wir kommen gerne wieder
