BEACHFRONT! PET FRIENDLY COTTAGE with unobstructed SPECTACULAR SUNSET views !!!
Directly across from the beach, this cottage boasts a large living/entertaining room with vaulted ceiling. A granite , fully stocked kitchen with dining room overlooking the unobstructed sunsets. There are three comfortably sized bedrooms and one bath with a new shower stall. The large fenced in back yard, is great for barbecue and entertaining. You can watch the spectacular sunsets which rival those of Key Largo, from the front yard and side deck. There is also an outdoor shower.
Two of the bedrooms contain a double bed and one has two twin beds. The water view can be seen from every room except the bathroom.

I bought this property because of the fabulous views ! Though I've never lived in this house, It will be my future home. Until then it will be rented during the summer. We live nearby and will be attentive to tenants needs.

I never knew about this jewel of an area until this past year. The sunsets are unbelievable ! I can't wait to be able to have my morning coffee looking at the beach!!
