About this property

romantic detached villa overlooking the lake, with patio and beautiful terrace

the cottage is independent, equipped with everything for a long stay, with washing machine and dishwasher, fireplace and heating. The bedrooms are furnished with comfortable wooden beds and all have a warm goose down. One of the rooms on the first floor opens onto the large terrace and the double bedroom in the attic is very romantic, with a lake view, and has a small bathroom with shower. The living room on the ground floor has two large sofas and a very useful and well-functioning fireplace and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. On the patio there is a wooden and marble table where you can have a pleasant lunch.

lago e monti

Casa di charme, spaziosa, arredata con gusto, con uno spazioso terrazzo e un bel portico esterno dove si può mangiare godendosi il verde e la vista sul lago. Sanico è una frazione deliziosa e tranquilla. Bello il camino all'interno, dotata di tutti i confort. La zona è ricca di possibilità e varia, si va dal lago e alla Valsassina alle escursioni in montagna, tutte molto panoramiche e con vista mozzafiato. Territorio molto interessante anche dal punto di vista enogastronomico. A Sanico non ci sono sono negozi ma se ne possono trovare negli immediati dintorni. Raccomandato per chi vuole passare una vacanza di relax nella natura senza rischi di assembramenti.

Hormis une douche qui n'était pas utilisable et une chasse d'eau qui ne fonctionnait plus le dernier jour, la maison est très jolie et bien agencée. L'environnement calme et agréable est propice au repos.

Tengo a precisare che , dopo aver comunicato con te più volte , non ho trattenuto nulla per il danno alla cassetta dell'acqua che peraltro non vi ha danneggiati in quanto si è guastata l'ultimo giorno . Visto che la casa Venezia viene giudicata da voi molto bella e vi ha permesso un soggiorno gradevole, speravo in una recensione migliore... le tre stelline sono davvero poco gratificanti !!!

Maison charmante, village belle et acueillante, vue incroyable. C'était un rève pour nous.

La maison était rustique et belle, l'endroit était formidable. On a adoré le rifugio à coté et les belles promenades. C'était mieux que être resté au bord du lac, mais ce n'était pas loin du lac. We loved Sanico and the house and would definitely stay there again!
