We had a great few days at this property. The house is VERY spacious and can accommodate lots of people. Sam was VERY accommodating and we had a very relaxed time enjoying both the house and the pool.

What a wonderful property for our family vacation. We had family members from ages 2 to 70 and there was something to do for everyone. The pool was our family’s favorite place to hang out. We rented a pontoon boat and spent time on the lake and we went to the trampoline park with the kids. Our host, Sam, was a great guy, making sure we had whatever we needed. We highly recommend this property.

Listing did not accurately convey the number of steps at the house! LOTS and LOTS and LOTS of steps. There were many little things that didn't work .... dining room lights, no hot water in one bathroom sink, very little water pressure in kitchen, kitchen faucet did not turn, no cookie sheet or roasting pan, missing shelves in refrigerator door, broken leg on one end of living room couch, unusable slots in dishwasher cutlery rack, tiny TV in living room too small to be used, multiple trip hazards inside and outside the home. But even with all those things, we had a great time!

We had 4 adults and 8 kids stay the weekend and there was more than enough space for all of us. We spent most of our time in the pool or on the kayaks we brought with us. My nephew enjoyed fishing off the dock. House could use a few updates (low water pressure from kitchen faucet) but we enjoyed ourselves so much it didn't matter. Check-in/out was super easy, beds were comfy, extra blankets and pillows, house was clean. We are already planing our next visit back!

The house was very roomy . Able to have many people and can spread out if you want. The owner was very prompt when we had a question. Close to everything in Guntersville. Would recommend this house

We rented this house for a long weekend in July for a family gathering. It was very spacious and accommodating. We especially enjoyed the pool, large back deck and fishing in the lake. Sam was a great host and went out of his way to make sure our stay was wonderful

This property is 30 years old and shows it. We were disappointed by the amenities and necessities in the house. Specifically kitchen items such as serving dishes, sharp knives, etc., dishwashing detergent, garbage bags, basic cooking supplies (only had salt and prepper). Only one of the tv’s worked, light bulbs need to be replaced. The air conditioner went out in part of the house. A chair went through a board on the upper deck. The host did his best to correct some of these problems, but most should have been seen to before anyone rented the property. I wish we had been told the condition of the lake, especially the cove where the property is located (seaweed within 3” of the water surface). The pool was very nice.

Wonderful Vacation

Our family had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful, spacious lake house. It was perfect for our family, huge home with many decks and porches. We absolutely loved the pool and deck with a swing! We will be coming back next year! The owner made the process so easy!
