Cozy, Cool & Beachy @ APATB!

Cozy beach getaway condo at A Place at the Beach! 2 bedroom and 2 bath condo with well stocked galley kitchen. A Place at the Beach is family friendly and family fun, you won't be disappointed. Waterslide, playground, sports courts, heated indoor pool and jacuzzi, fire pit, grilling station and, of course, the direct beach access! Linens and bath towels are provided. Please bring Beach Towels. Beach toys and beach chairs provided in the unit. Easy parking, laundry room across the hall. Resort property. Family friendly. This is a small condo, 684 sq feet, so I recommend families with smaller children to stay here. Unless you're comfortable staying in a small condo and just happy being at the beach. Do not recommend for more than 2-3 adults total (bunk beds have little head room). Bunk beds with a trundle (provides 3 twins total). Front Desk Hours: Winter 9 AM - 5 PM Spring 9 AM - 5 PM Summer Mon-Fri 9 AM - 6 PM & Sat-Sun 9 AM - 9PM I am available via Airbnb platform. Thank you! Went for a quick 2 night trip. Very clean and adequate room for our family of 4 which includes 2 young teens. Host was easy to communicate with, checkin was a breeze. Pool area was very nice, easy walk to beach access. Would definitely stay here again.

Sharing a Beautiful Place with my Family

I’ve stayed at A Place at the Beach in October with friends right across from this condo. It was a blessing to have this experience with my family. The condo had everything that we needed, we enjoyed the environment, and my kids loved the amenities. Highly recommend it!

Great getaway

I have 2 young kids (2 and 5) and the front bedroom was perfect for them. My kids loved all the things to do and it was so nice to have multiple activities (beach, pool with slide, bowling, basketball, golf) all in one location. We will definitely be back!

Great Place for Families

Property is great for families. Quick walk to everything. Nice pool and beach and there is no steps to climb or go down with a beach cart. Our 3 kids slept fine with the bunk beds a pull out.

We stayed for a week at 140; my 3 boys enjoyed their room and I actually quite enjoyed the firm mattress! Communication from the owner was great. We were there during tropical storm debby so unfortunately our overall time in AB was impacted.

I would stay here again in a hearbeat. Small issue with the digital doorlock needing batteries replaced but the owner was immediately on top of it :) The unit location is PRIME - minimal steps, right across from the laundry room, short walk to the indoor & outdoor pools and the BEACH <3

This was a great condo! You could tell they put thought into everything in it so it didn’t feel cramped. They had games for the kids and some beach items. Loved the stocked kitchen, they had everything you’d need. Even had things we forgot like a small cooler for our babies bottles.

Great spot for the beach

We're big fans of APATB and this was a great location there. 2 adults and a teen, perfect amount of space. Easy walk to pool and beach. So NICE being on 1st floor. Quick and easy load in/out. Condo was clean, great coffee offering, nice kitchen. One thing.......VERY firm mattress. Be prepared!
