Cozy Beach Getaway at APATB! Sandy beaches & Pools #140

High season: Sat to Sat bookings.
This First Floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with well-stocked galley kitchen has everything you need. Ocean is steps away; the outdoor pool with water slide and hot tub are ready to make your beach memories. Easy parking lot and laundry room access (uses an app for payment).
Master bedroom has queen bed, second bedroom has twin bunks with a twin trundle (bunks are best for children, not adults but are standard twin beds, just not a lot of head room).
A Place at the Beach offers family fun for everyone: outdoor pool with water slide, outdoor hot tub, indoor pool with hot tub, tennis courts, mini golf, grills, sandy beaches, and outdoor activities for all ages ... You won't need to leave!
Reminder: Please do NOT move furniture around. Please treat rental with respect.
** There are chairs and beach toys in condo. No pack n play.
** Tips: Bring beach towels.
** Cleaning Fee (Vrbo is now calling it a Host Fee) includes Cleaning and Linens (bath towels and bed linens, 100% goes to our cleaning company).
** Admin Fee, $15, is the APATB Office Arrival Packet Fee that they charge us for your arrival. If you do not return this packet, a $50 charge will be assessed to your account.
First Floor unit by laundry room and elevator is nearby.

Guest should remove trash from condo prior to departure. Guest should wash, dry and put away all dishes prior to leaving. Return packet or $50 fine.
TV and Remotes: The power button has to be pressed on BOTH the TV and the cable box remotes to get service. Thank you! No wet suits on the sofa!
Wristbands: Wear or have visible your wristband while on site. Staff and security look for the wristbands. If no lights in bath room, check GFCI’s.
