The beautiful season is coming to an end and I am pleased to present "Le Cabanon de Gégé".
Located 300 m from "La Maison des Amis ... chez Gégé".

The Cabanon has a main living room, a terrace, two bedrooms + an attic bedroom, a shower room.

The decoration is both sober and cheerful in a "Cabanon de Campagne" spirit.

Embrace the calm of nature from the 800 m2 private garden and the shaded terrace, enjoy the freshness of the above-ground swimming pool (6m x 3m) in summer, enjoy a great barbecue available, bask in the sun with a good book lying on a deckchair in the shade of olive trees ...

The Cabanon is a single storey house of 70 m2, Provencal style equipped to accommodate 5/6 people.

Your cars will be safely parked in the yard.

Nature, sun and tranquility are at the rendezvous.
Your stay will be authentic and the warm welcome of Gégé will delight you, as a good epicurean he will guide you on the good tables and the most beautiful visits.

The "Cabanon" is perfectly equipped, with attention to detail, for the greatest comfort of travelers.
Beds are made upon arrival, linen is included.

We look forward to welcoming you to Vence, just above the world famous village of Saint-Paul de Vence with La Colombe d'Or and the idyll of Yves Montand and Simone Signoret.

Gégé est très sympathique,la maison est très calme, jolie décoration, literie au top jardin très joli,notre chien a beaucoup apprécié je recommande cette location pour décompresser et se reposer, visiter aux alentours... beaucoup de villages médiévaux magnifiques

Le cabanon de Gégé est parfait pour des vacances reposantes, bien protégé du bruit et de la canicule, et pourtant très bien situé pour découvrir la côte. Un séjour très agréable dans un endroit très bien équipé. Merci Gégé!

Schönes Land, super Lokalisiert, verbesserungsbedürftiges Haus

Wir haben uns in dem Land, mit den dort lebenden Menschen und mit der Lage des Objektes sehr wohl gefühlt. Leider ist das Haus an mindestens drei Wänden feucht, das lässt sich an der Optik und leider auch(!) an dem Geruch im Haus selbst erkennen, der nach zwei Wochen Lüftens halbwegs ertragbar wurde. Das Weiteren liegen zwei der sechs Betten nicht in einem separaten Raum. Der Garten ist toll, der Pool wunderbar, die Lage optimal.

Vriendelijk en prettig verblijf!

Het verblijf was in zijn geheel zeker 4 sterren waard! Dit door de heerlijke tuin en het prettige zwembad. We hadden qua benodigdheden alles en kregen een heerlijk flesje wijn bij aankomst en werden vriendelijk ontvangen door Gerard die tijdens onze aanwezigheid ook onze contactpersoon was. De slaapkamers waren prima maar het ‘zoldertje’ was echt te warm en benauwd om te slapen. Kleine kinderen zou ik daar ook niet neerleggen omdat er geen hekje oid voorstaat. Kleine minpuntjes zijn de geur van schimmel uit de verouderde keukenkastjes op de bodem (alles was wel netjes opgeruimd), de douche was niet consistent qua druk en warmte en als laatste klopt de uitcheck tijd niet aangezien er op deze website staat dat we om 10:30 mochten uitchecken en de verhuurder aangaf dat dit niet later kon dan 10:00.

Merveilleux Cabanon de Gege

Très bon accueil grande discrétion des propriétaires. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour durant deux semaines au grand calme. Localisation très bien pour rayonner. Rien à redire sur la propreté, tout était comme décrit dans l annonce. Si vous souhaitez passer des bonnes vacances surtout ne pas hésiter.

Schöne Auszeit

Alles war gut. Wir kennen die Umgebung und wussten bereits in der Region Bescheid. Das Haus liegt gut und ruhig, mit Hund war es für uns auch ideal so. Platz war genug vorhanden. Ist nichts für jeden, aber für uns hat alles gepasst. Die Fotos vom Objekt sollten mal aktualisiert werden, da Vieles darauf nicht mehr aktuell ist.

Nettes Haus, schöne Lage, aber ...

das entscheidende Kriterium für die Buchung war die Angabe, "3 Schlafzimmer", weil wir als Familie mit 2 erwachsenen Kindern gereist sind. Die Angabe ist leider falsch. Das kleine Häuschen hat zwei Schlafzimmer, eines davon hat zusätzlich einen Alkoven mit einem Bett, der über eine Leiter zu erreichen ist. Insgesamt ist das Objekt etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte an der einen oder anderen Stelle eine Auffrischung gebrauchen. Die Bilder im Inserat sind teilweise nicht aktuell. Trotzdem haben wir unseren Aufenthalt genossen, Wetter, Umgebung und Urlaubsstimmung haben die Mängel in den Hintergrund treten lassen.

Semaine au Cabanon

Très bonne vacances dans cette maison proche de Nice. La villa est très bien placée : au calme, dans un quartier residentiel, proche de Saint Paul de Vence, et du centre de Nice. Gégé est très disponible et chaleureux. Cela restera un très bon souvenir. Au plaisir de revenir !

Déçu

Nous étions 5 personnes et avons passé 15 jours dans cette location . Niveau situation géographique l’endroit y est calme et joli. En revanche, des problèmes niveau mobiliers de jardin très vétustes, pas du tout entretenus, avec seulement 4 vieux transats pour 6…. Chaises de table de jardin en fer et accessoires de cuisine tout juste prévu pour 6 personnes sans trop pouvoir faire de roulement lorsqu un lave vaisselle tourne … poêle avec le fond brûlé (obligé d’en racheter une que nous avons gardé) A notre arrivée pas de liquide vaisselle, pas une éponge, aucun produit d’entretien de base et pas de papier wc non plus …. Un peu limite … Les photos du site ne correspondent pas du tout au mobilier sur place . Canapé pour 4 personnes uniquement … La chambre avec deux lits simples se retrouvent en fait être une mezzanine dans une chambre de lit double … pas d’intimité ! Deux chambres au lieu de trois comme annoncé dans la publication . Aucune intimité non plus dans le jardin le propriétaire étant voisin de sa propre location terrain avec vis à vis sur la piscine et le jardin de la location . Des travaux effectués durant nos vacances de bons matin. Bref nous n’y retournerons pas et ne vaut pas le prix pour les prestations annoncées. Assez déçus de ce séjour.

La maison est très fonctionnelle, propre et agréable. Gégé est un hôte très accueillant et à l'écoute. L'endroit est calme et à portée de beaucoup de points d'intérêts. Excellent rapport qualité-prix, nous vous recommandons le cabanon de Gégé !!

Résidence fonctionnelle.Nous avons apprécié la terrasse ainsi que le jardin. La situation géographique nous a permis de visiter beaucoup de sites sans faire beaucoup de kilomètres et profiter du jardin en même temps.

Séjour très réussi, région magnifique au bord de la mer.

Joli cabanon, très agréable, la décoration est belle à l'intérieur. Le jardin avec la piscine génial, les fauteuils de bain supers pour permettre de se détendre, se reposer et profiter des vacances en famille.
