About this property

House in the center of Crozon

We would be happy to welcome you in Crozon, on a peninsula (between Brest and Quimper) in a house in the Breton style, located in the center within 5 minutes walk from all shops 3 km from the beaches.
Local farmers market every morning 3 min walk.

Our house (non-smoking) consists of:

3 bedrooms: 1 of (160 x 200), 1 with 2 beds of (90 x 190) upstairs and 1 on the ground floor with 1 bed of (90 x190). Possibility to add a folding baby bed and the necessary equipment.
2 shower room and separate WC
1 living room and TV box with WiFi internet access
1 kitchen, fan oven, microwave oven.
1 veranda equipped with a washing machine and a dishwasher.
Enclosed garden at the back of the house with wooden terrace to enjoy a garden table and a parasol.
Private courtyard to park your vehicle.

Blankets, sheets, and pillows are provided and beds will be made upon arrival.
We ask € 15 per person for the maintenance of bedding and towels.
Our animal freinds are not admitted.

We are 8 km from Camaret (Vauban fortifications listed as World Heritage by UNESCO).
120 km of coastal path of the famous GR34 crisscross the peninsula (on foot, by mountain bike, on horseback or by donkey), you can practice all water sports (kayak, catamaran, dinghy, windsurfing, kitesurfing, surf, stand up paddle ...). The peninsula is a Mecca for surfing (spots galore).
From Camaret you can make many excursions at sea or participate in fishing trips.

All the islands of the Mer d'Iroise await you for a day of change of scenery or for a weekend from Camaret (Sein, MolĂšne and Ouessant).
For night owls you will have the choice between craft markets, outdoor concerts and fest noz.

Possibility of combining an extended stay or weekend with acupuncture treatment, Vietnamese digipuncture or Reiki, massage or infrared mineral lamp on reservation at advantageous rates.

Fantastic for family beach fun

Great place to stay easy access to fantastic beaches. Stéphane and Florence great hosts, very friendly and helpful with ideas of things to do and places to eat etc.

4 jours sur la presqu'Ăźle de Crozon

Situation centrale sur la presqu'ßle. 5' en voiture de la plage de Morgate. 20' en voiture de Camaret sur Mer. 5' a pieds du centre de Crozon. Nous avons pu s'essayer au kayak en mer( Morgate), au char a voile ( Pénétrez) et une sortie en voilier au départ du port de Camaret.

Préciser votre répartition au propriétaire

Maison un peu vieillotte mais sans surprise, on le voyait avec les photos. Nous cherchions une maison pas chÚre, cela reste un rapport qualité prix acceptable. La terrasse est plutÎt calme bien qu'elle soit dans le centre. Compter environ 2 km pour rejoindre la plage de Morgat. En revanche, précisez bien la disposition des chambres dont vous avez besoin car la propriétaire a estimé que les deux enfants dormiraient ensemble bien qu'on ait choisi volontairement une maison de 3 chambres. La 3eme chambre était fermée à clef ainsi que la 2eme salle de bain (moins problématique). Il a fallu gérer les deux premiÚres nuits ainsi. Petit plus les lits étaient faits à notre arrivée.

Un bon week-end bien arrosĂ© (dans tous les sens du terme) Ă  Crozon dans une maison super bien situĂ©e. Dommage que notre hĂŽte nous prĂ©lĂšve 30€, sans nous prĂ©venir, pour un cache pot de fleur qu'on lui avait signalĂ© cassĂ©, mais qui nous a simplement dit que cela n'avait pas d'importance. On n'aurait pas rechignĂ© Ă  lui remplacer ou remboursĂ© si cela nous avait Ă©tĂ© demandĂ© de vive voix.

Pour la premiĂšre fois depuis que nous louons un logement saisonnier nous rencontrons un diffĂ©rend avec le/la propriĂ©taire qui nous rĂ©clame, aprĂšs notre dĂ©part, alors que nous nous Ă©tions quittĂ©s en bons termes, et aprĂšs qu’elle eut constatĂ© que le mĂ©nage avait Ă©tĂ© parfaitement exĂ©cutĂ©, la somme de 50 euros. Nous lui avons donc demandĂ© les raisons de cette requĂȘte. Voici mot pour mot sa rĂ©ponse envoyĂ©e par sms : « Je vous avez (sic) demandĂ© de ne pas utiliser le second Ă©tage
ce qui n’a pas Ă©tĂ© respectĂ© sachant d’autant plus que nous avons des soucis d’évacuation d’eau. J’ai donc des frais de blanchisserie pour une chambre supplĂ©mentaire
 lavage et repassage. Non-respect des rĂšgles. Merci. » Les tuyaux d’évacuation des toilettes et des douches Ă©taient effectivement bouchĂ©s. Par ailleurs, la maison Ă©tait composĂ©e de trois chambres, nous en avons utilisĂ© deux, les seules disponibles (celle qui nous Ă©tait "allouĂ©e" Ă©tant d’ailleurs dĂ©diĂ©e Ă  une seule personne, voir le descriptif de la maison). De quelles rĂšgles s’agit-il ? Le supplĂ©ment de 50 euros correspond peut-ĂȘtre au confort supplĂ©mentaire que reprĂ©sente la jouissance d’un bien dont l’usage des toilettes et des douches doit obĂ©ir Ă  des rĂšgles de restriction drastique. Un supplĂ©ment aurait pu ĂȘtre encore ajoutĂ© pour l’état de la vĂ©randa qui n’a pas due ĂȘtre nettoyĂ©e depuis Dieu sait quand, celui de la salle d’eau et ses joints de faĂŻences recouverts de moisissures, et celui du garage, vĂ©ritable vide-grenier.

Schöner Urlaub mit MÀngeln

Das Haus hatte eine perfekte Lage in Crozon. Die Vermieter Stephane und Florence waren sehr freundlich und bemĂŒht. Das Haus war gross, genĂŒgend Platz fĂŒr uns 4 (2 Erwachsene/2 Kinder). Leider hatte es viel geregnet und wir mussten uns hĂ€ufig im Haus aufhalten. Das Haus roch sehr muffig und alt und die Einrichtung war alles andere als modern. Alle unsere Klamotten rochen danach, so dass ich zuhause alles mindestens einmal waschen musste. Bei trockenem Wetter lĂ€sst es sich dort aber gut Urlaub machen.

Jederzeit wieder

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Haus liegt zentral, und doch ruhig. Parkplatz auf dem eigenen GelÀnde. Es gab einen guten Kontakt zum Vermieter. Alles problemlos, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder ! Nous avons passé un trÚs bon sejour. La maison est située au centre, mais calme. Le parking est sur place. Il y avait aussi un bon contact avec le sympathique propriétaire. Tout allait bien, et nous aimerions revenir !
