About this property

LANDAISE HOUSE WITH PRIVATE POOL AND SPA ON 8-HECTARE ESTATE

Specially designed for a relaxing holiday, with family or friends, the house has 4 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, 2 WCs, kitchen area, dining room, living room

Bed linen, tea towels, bathroom rug, 1 large hand towel per person (provided at no extra charge). The cottage also has equipment for a baby (bed, changing table, bath, potty, toilet reducer, high chair)

You can take advantage of the private heated swimming pool (heated according to weather conditions, open from June to September), and the private spa, (open from June to September) of the wooden pergola to take your meals outside (without vis a screw).

The large wooden pergola houses the jacuzzi, and a dining area with barbecue.

The house has a private fenced garden, with access to our 8 hectare ranch and its horses, with small ornamental lake and ducks.

The lake beach is 3 kms away, the ocean is 10 km away, a cycle path from the property.

Direct access to the Landes forest at the bottom of the ranch.

Decreasing prices from 3 nights, consult us for a discount (except July / August)

Très bon accueil de Cecilia. Le gîte est situé dans un endroit très calme ; la location est très confortable . La piscine et le spa sont très appréciable parmi la verdure. Mimizan village et Mimizan plage sont à proximité . Location à conseiller pour se reposer et pour les familles avec enfants. Merci pour ces belles vacances tout confort !

Très bon séjour dans un gîte idéal pour une grande famille nous étions 3 couples et il y aurait eu de la place pour un 4 eme. Les enfants ont adoré les espaces. Je vous encourage à egalement à réserver l’activité petit cowboy qui est un vrai moment de partage et qui a été hyper agréable autant pour les petits que pour nous. La propriétaire ainsi que sa famille ont été adorables.

Des vacances tout confort au calme

Une maison spacieuse et fonctionnelle à la décoration soignée, avec tout l'équipement nécessaire pour nos 2 semaines de vacances, y compris lit bébé et chaise haute. L'océan et les lacs sont à proximité, la forêt à la porte du jardin. Les plus : un jardin clôt et sans vis-à-vis, une piscine chauffée, un jaccuzzi, une terrasse couverte, un accès privilégié au ranch pour aller voir les poneys ou donner à manger aux canards. La propriétaire est sympathique et disponible (réponse rapide aux questions que nous avons pu avoir). Un avantage supplémentaire serait de pouvoir louer du dimanche au dimanche, afin de moins subir les bouchons sur la route. Nous envisageons d'y revenir l'été prochain.

Nice welcome from owners, nice garden,

The owner is nice and helpful. The house meets the basic needs. It is especially the garden with the swimming pool, whirlpool and decking that makes the house comfortable. Due to the fact that there was a fence around the house and garden, our dog was free to walk around. With a car at your disposal, the sea, the lake and the shops are within easy reach of the house. The only downside is that you sometimes smell the air of the paper mill. Especially when you drive to the sea. We had a wonderful holiday.

Parfaites vacances pour 2 couples avec enfants

Agréable logement de vacances au calme d'un ranch situé à 10 minutes des plages de Mimizan. Jardin privatif clôturé pour les enfants, sans voisinage gênant, piscine et jacuzzi pour les grands, pergola et barbecue pour des repas conviviaux en extérieur. Pistes cyclables accessibles directement pour le lac à 10 min et Mimizan à 20 min. Propriétaire disponible, ne pas hésiter pour une ballade en poney avec les enfants. Logement à retenir pour de bonnes vacances dans les Landes

Maison idéale !

Maison parfaitement équipée. Propriétaires agréables. Cadre idéal dans un ranch de 8 hectares. Nous avons bien profité de notre séjour grâce à la piscine chauffée, le jacuzzi et les nombreux équipements que compte cette maison. Nous savons maintenant où séjourner quand nous reviendrons dans cette belle région.
