The location was amazing, the place was adorable, and the host was communicative and helpful. The kitchen had some minor flaws in functionality and cleanliness but the host immediately apologized and said they were going to get it fixed after we departed. Overall, we enjoyed staying here!

I'm not sure what you meant about "flaws in cleanliness"? You mentioned the oven was smoking and I had just recently done a clean cyle on the oven so I thought that may have been why it was smoking? Was there something else that needed attention/cleaning? Please advise.

This is a lovely place to stay. Feels like you’re staying in your friend’s apartment. Large lanai overlooks lawn and complex. Well maintained pool and grill area, friendly people both local and visiting. There can be noise from upstairs but we were so relaxed and happy it didn’t really bother us. Will definitely stay there again!

Place was excellent regarding spaciousness, had lots of windows, green view from condo. Loved how near to the pool was near, walking paths, etc. adequate supplies. We did think the bathroom and sink could be redone! Very happy with the place!

Our stay in Kauai was nothing short of absolutely perfect and a lot of it had to do with Janet’s amazing home. The kitchen was perfect, the bed was comfortable and it was such a peaceful neighborhood. Janet made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. We will definitely be booking again when we need a place to stay in Kauai.

Great location and an easy place to feel at home. The condo actually felt a bit larger than the photos suggested, which was a pleasant surprise. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a big convenience and made the stay much easier. The owner was attentive and responsive throughout.
