Ideal for 2 people with new and comfortable quality bedding, a third person or 1 or 2 children can sleep in the sofa bed (much less comfortable)
Sheets and towels provided for 2 people, air conditioning, WiFi Internet, TV, washing machine, well-equipped kitchen area, microwave oven, induction hob, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, Italian shower and quality sanitary facilities.
The building's parking lot is in the "blue zone" with an hourly disc valid for 2 hours, from 9:00 to 21:00.
Out of season, one of the 4 private places can be used.

The beach is very lively in July and August, with a lifeguard station and a play stand (calm) for children in front of the building.
June and September are the best months to enjoy excellent conditions with far fewer tourists, followed by May and October where you always enjoy the beach and the sea. Although some extraterrestrials bathe all year round, the bathing of the common mortals is done from the beginning of May to the end of October.
The town hall of Villeneuve Loubet is very efficient and generous for the tourist animation.

Villeneuve Loubet is located between Antibes and Nice, between Cannes and Monaco, Menton, close to Saint Paul de Vence, de Grasse (the city of perfumes.) The Italian border is 50km away, the mountains are an hour's drive away.
