Newly renovated large 4 bd duplex includes living room with bar, game area, dining room, kitchen, laundry and 3 full baths.
All four bedrooms have plenty of closet space and the largest bedroom has a walk-in closet.
Central AC and heat and tankless hot water system (no running out of hot water for showers)
Comfortably sleeps 10 adults (13 maximum guests). Groups with more than 10 guests over age 17 will be subject to an added fee of $75/night per adult.
Perfect location on the island. 5 minute ride to AC or 5 minute walk to the beach.

King bedroom has ensuite full bath with standup shower and double vanity. Plenty of storage and wall mounted TV.
Queen bedroom includes a large walk-in closet and a separate daybed with trundle. Also has a wall-mounted TV.
Kids bunk bed room includes a pull out trundle for a 3rd bed if needed. Separate closet also for storage.
4th bedroom has two twin beds with memory foam mattresses and a storage closet.
All four bedrooms are conveniently located on the 2nd floor of the unit.
Kitchen with brand new stainless fridge and other stainless appliances. Microwave and coffee maker. Breakfast bar seats four.
Dining room comfortably seats 6-8 people.
Game area with foosball table and a new MULTICADE (over 40+ games to play) in the game area, along with plenty of other games, books and things to keep the kids entertained.
Our living room has a brand new sectional with a full pullout bed with memory foam mattress. A new 55" smart TV with Netflix and Roku included.
We have a bar in the living room to enjoy a drink when you're not relaxing on the beach.

SORRY WE DO NOT ALLOW SMOKING or VAPING INSIDE THE PROPERTY. ALSO NO PARTIES or SENIOR WEEK GROUPS.
We respect our neighbors and require our renters to do the same.
This is a family oriented home and if you are planning to be loud or obnoxious or host a party it will be a bad experience for all.
Smaller sized, house-trained dogs may be considered for an additional fee.

Guests booking will have access to the entire front unit.
For larger groups or multi-family vacations, there is an additional 2 bed, 1 bath rear unit available for an additional fee. (VRBO 1678857)

We provide our cell phone numbers and are available 24/7 to assist with any questions or concerns before or during your stay. We also provide a detailed house instructions guide to cover everything you'll need during your stay.

DUE TO COVID-19 WE HAVE HAD TO CHANGE CHECK OUT TIME TO 10:00AM TO ALLOW OUR CLEANING CREW ADDITIONAL TIME FOR THOROUGH CLEANING AND SANITIZING. WE CANNOT ALLOW LATER CHECKOUTS OR EARLY CHECK-INS DUE TO THIS SITUATION.

The house is only 1.5 blocks from the beach (5 min walk)
We will provide 8 total beach badges for each rental. (Replacement fees apply for lost badges)
Our beach has volleyball courts set up for public use and great views of the Atlantic City skyline.
We are also within convenient short walks or shorter drives to:
Wawa, Acme, CVS, Ace Hardware, Ernest & Sons deli and the Community Center that includes a skate park, basketball courts, bocce courts, tennis courts, mini golf and baseball/football fields.
Awesome ATLANTIC CITY nightlife, gambling, restaurants, clubs are all only a 5-7 minute drive or $10 Uber ride from the property.
You could not pick a better location to be within walking distance of anything you need or want to do!
