This 2 bedroom + bunk area & 3 bathroom unit is perfect for your next beach getaway and sleeps 6 guest perfectly. The master bedroom has a comfy king bed, a flat screen TV, a closet, and private access to the master bathroom. The master bathroom is a standard layout with a combination shower/tub. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, a flat screen TV, a closet and private access to the second bathroom. The second bathroom and third bathroom are both standard layout with stand up showers. Bunk area has custom built bunks. The living room has beautiful white furniture including the sofa which doubles as pull out bed. It also has a flat screen TV and access to your patio. Being that this unit is on the ground floor, you can walk out the back door and be steps away from the beach or the pool. The kitchen is stocked with all the essential appliances and has everything you may need to cook up a delicious meal.

Great place to stay

Great place to stay . Right on the beach , 2 pools and a bar at one of them and just steps away from the ocean. Only bad thing about this hotel is the elevators but with this room no elevators needed which is a plus !

Spring break stay

It was good. The only thing I would complain about was the noise we could hear from the bedrooms. We were right next to the lobby, which was great for some things, but not when it came time to sleep. We kept hearing groups of people coming and going super loud all through the night. There was a lot of 18-25 year olds staying in our condo building and it was a little rowdy because of it. Other than that, it was a nice place to stay.

Awesome place and access

clean and neat place with very friendly staff. will definitely come here next year. access to the beach is only a step away. very safe and quite. love the view from the living room and the balcony. Only thing i missed was the highspeed internet as the internet here is still in 2022 :-)

We throughly enjoyed the convenance of this room!

With little ones this condo was a dream! Right on the bottom floor beside the pull in and unload spot at front of hotel. No elevators, long walks to/from vehicle and being able to walk 10 steps to the beach made coming in for naps and snacks super easy! + the air conditioning really cooled the place down! We’ll be staying here again!

Refreshing & Relaxing 😎

My stay here at Tidewater was AMAZING!! Everything was perfect. The condo is bright, vibrant, clean, and even has a little bonus bunk room WITH A BATHROOM for the kids. The view from the patio is Stunning, we sat out there for hours and hours everyday of our stay just looking at the 🌊.

Perfect spot!

Very convenient to beach and pool. Did not have to use elevators. Only a couple of problems. Being on bottom floor it is very noisy, people throw things from upper balconies and the sliding glass door takes 3 people to open. Other than that it was a great vacay. We would stay here again.

Perfect Location

At first I was a bit skeptical being on the ground floor and worried about traffic of people walking by to get to the beach. But, quickly realized it was the best location with the easiest and quickest access to the gate to the beach. Condo was perfect. Everything we needed and nicely decorated! Thank you!

Beach Level Condo was perfect for us!

This was perfect for our group! We had 4 adults and an 8 and 3 year old kids so being on the ground level was the best! PCB is just so pretty! Was thrilled that the office had been replaced with built in bunkbeds, the kids loved them!

Weekend getaway

The condo was cozy. The couch and carpet and curtains need some attention but overall it was a very peaceful quiet weekend. The unit is on the ground floor which I loved however everyone walking to the beach passes by your doors facing the beach to get there. If you have any quirks about people looking in your condo you would have to keep the curtains closed all the time. The convenience of not having to use the elevators constantly was worth it to us. I would definitely stay here again.

Ground Floor a plus!!

Being on the ground floor was awesome. No waiting for the elevator!! The carpet in all rooms were pretty stained and dirty looking… The couches were pretty stained too!! Maybe the carpets need to be replaced with tile or hardwoods. The unit definitely needs some updating.

Overwhelming

We had to wait on cleaning to be done etra 40min. No mopping..We had rocks thrown from rooms above which almost hit me then 5mins. Following rock thrown from above rooms almost hitting a young man walking by. Security had to get involved than 2hours the room right above us a young lady emptied a cooler from above down on my niece sitting below. We had a young boy walk right pass us to enter our Condo & said he thought it was elevator entrance. It was overwhelming .

Super convenient location 5 stars

We always book units on ground level for the ease of walking right out the door onto the boardwalk to access the beach and to avoid elevators. This unit more than exceeded our expectations. It has beautiful views of the beach (which is sometimes rare with ground level units), it's very nicely furnished, bright and airy, clean, spacious, has vaulted ceilings in the main living area and the 3rd bathroom was a plus for 4 of us. The communication by Four Star management was terrific. They reached out prior to arrival giving instructions for check in. They reached out during our stay to inform us there were inoperable outlets in the kitchen and gave us the option to have them fixed during our stay or to wait until after we departed. Security at the resort is impressive. We highly recommend this particular unit.

The best part of being on the ground floor and the worst.

The best part of the property is that you never have to wait for the elevator. Guests complained they waited 45 min on average. There was always a line for the elevator. The worst part of being in the ground floor was the lack of privacy. The ocean view is also everyone else's boardwalk. We were never able to open the curtains as ppl are always walking by. The bedroom windows are on the main walkway/road. It's very loud until very late. The condo itself is in great shape, clean and well kept. If you can deal with the noise you will enjoy staying here.

The garage unit is across a busy street and you cannot load/unload luggage at the main entrance. Very inconvenient. You have to take a cart up to the 2nd floor walk over bridge back to the garage. Not ideal.

We had to call because we had 2 mice, roach bug we did call they came in a timely manner so that was acceptable however our sliding door did not open because we were on the ground floor and we were told it was due to rapes the property manager came in and showed us how to open it it is just extremely difficult to open

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This 1st floor unit was a perfect location for our family. Maybe 15 steps away from the gate onto the beach, and right in the center between the two pools. We are a family of 6, us 4 plus my 2 elderly parent, and had plenty of room w/ 3 bathrooms. Overall great stay with the exception of beds and sleep acccomodations. In spite of the beds, we absolutely loved the location of this unit. This unit was basically clean but offers no frills or extras. We didn't have any real complaints except the bed situations. The space that is designated for bunk beds, had a desk. Fortunately we brought a large blow up mattress, so we were able to utilize that space for sleeping. Both beds in the bedrooms were bottom of the line and extremely uncomfortable...especially the second bedroom. Both were unusually low to the ground. 2nd BR had cheap bedding that slid around if you sat on the bed or moved while sleeping. An easy fix to make a fully comfortable stay for guests. The pull out couch was typical. After first night found it was more comfortable to not pull it out, but sleep on the cushions. The white covered furniture and carpets were very stained and needed a good deep cleaning. Some very basic updating would make a huge difference. Pools were basic, not huge and pretty crowded. They closed one of the pools last 2 days we were there. No one knew why. We love a pool but stayed mostly at the beach b/c of being crowded.If you don't care about beds and don't need any extras, this is a great ground floor unit. :-) Management company was pleasant and very accommodating. Also Pier Park is at your fingertips...with tons of restaurants, Target and Walmart for last minute needs.

Location for Ironman Full event

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was in town with friends to participate in the full Ironman event. The location at Tidal Wave was great, even after the race (we could walk back). This unit is in a surprise location, right next to the lobby door. You do not need any wristbands to get to the door because it is outside of the hallway entrances, not stairs or elevators for this unit).The unit overall was fine but here are some things to note:The both bedrooms are at the back of the unit, next to the entrance door., which is right next to the lobby entrance. Cars are pulling up all the time, people are talking outside your windows and the bright lights of the front drive come in through the blinds at all times so if you are sleeping and wake-up you have to check the clock to see what time it is. The owners cannot do anything about the location but I contacted them with a recommendation to replace the basic blinds to light canceling. (Also if laying in bed from the smaller room you can look out the current blinds and see who is out there so maybe they can see in.Next the patio is another area that the owners have no control over but I will mention. The unit is on the main hotel walkway and so if you want to keep your curtain open people are constantly looking in. We made a game and made sure to wave at people and they would wave back. If you are looking for privacy get a unit on another floor where you have a balcony. The seating on the patio is in pretty rough shape and they have a fold up chair missing a bolt that needs to go before someone gets hurt.Cooking tools in the kitchen are another area that could use work. The non-stick pans are in rough shape and so if you do not want to have tephlon in your food you will want to use one of the aluminum pan with non stick spray (otherwise you have to scrub the pan later). The kitchen had 4 large plates so we were constantly washing. Again some of these things are out of their control but there ar

Easiest room to get to, it’s on the ground floor and its close to the front door of the resort. Our driver could drop us off and we would just walk in the front door. Because of this, it was easy to get to the beach as well. We had family in another room on the 27th floor and while their view was nice, they were envious that we didn’t have to wait on elevators, which can take some time since there are 30-31 floors. There were lots of workers to manage the resort as well, in regards to security and staff maintaining the common areas.
