floor.
1 1/2 bathrooms. Sun room, E/I kitchen with full suite of new appliances, dining room, living room, washer/dryer, outside shower, outdoor patio and furniture, gas grill, wi-fi, TV, lovely yard - bring your corn hole, frisbee, bocce, horseshoes, etc.!
6 twin beds (2 sets of twin bunks, 2 side by side twin beds); 2 full beds and 1 queen bed in primary.
Boat launch ramp nearby.
This is truly an ideal location for everyone. Adults and kids as well!

Check in was seamless and the house was available when promised. We were able to cook a lot more than usual due to the well stocked kitchen and gas grill. Even had a lobster pot so we could have a lobster feast at “home”. Plenty of space for a family of 8 and the grandkids loved the bunk beds.

Great location, can't beat walking to the beach!

House is as described and pictured, communication was great with the owner. House is a bit dated but has what you need for a comfortable stay. AC in the living area would be helpful for those heat waves but we fortunately only had a day or so that was unusually warm. The beach is down the block and there is another beach area that has a wonderful swing set the kids enjoyed every evening. It was a perfect end to our evenings!

Wonderful stay on cape cod

Wonderful stay on Cape Cod! We had up to seven eople over several days and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out between two large sitting areas, the large eat in kitchen which could seat all of us, and extra large dining roon table we could all sit around for meals! We also enjoyed there outdoor patio area with another large patio table(this area is shaded much of the time too and overlooks a lovely backyard). Having two bathrooms (one with washer and dryer)plus an outdoor shower was great! Quiet, friendly neighborhood within walking distance to smaller cove beaches and close to stores and restaurants too. Owners checked in to see how we were doing and said they were available anytime but all was so good, we didn't need to contact them the entire 3 weeks we were there! Thank so much for a wonderful vacation at your lovely beach home! Karen and Al

An enjoyable two weeks at a part of the Cape we hadn't been to before

The property was just as advertised- spacious, well-equipped, and clean. Close to beaches (short walk to a small beach and a short drive to Sea Gull Beach. Our group included 3 grandchildren (ages 2, 5, and 7) who thoroughly enjoyed all the area had to offer- mini-golf, bumper boats, ice cream, and especially the beach. Downtime at the house was fun as well with playing games, watching movies, and playing in the yard. A very small glitch (use of grill) was taken care of right away by a visit of the owner.

Yarmouth Beach House

We recently stayed at this nice home with a great location to everything in Yarmouth. The house was well equipped with nice appliances in the kitchen and all you might need to make meals each day. We liked the access to the small beach down the street. The home was cozy and had nice bedding for a great nights sleep! We would be happy to stay here again.

Spacious and relaxing

This home is located in a wonderful neighborhood half a block from the beach. the home was clean with lots of room. nice area to go for walks. Beach was quiet, clean, and has beautiful views of the bay. relaxing to watch the boats and ferries entering/exiting Hyannisport. Sue was very receptive and responsive. We would stay again!!!

Everything was wonderful. The location was wonderful, short walk to the beach. The house was wonderful, perfect space for our family. The surrounding area was wonderful, plenty of shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed our vacation and would recommend this rental to families or groups looking for a clean and comfortable home.

Amazing Stay, awesome neighborhood and backyard

My husband and I stayed here for the month of August with our three children ages 2, 4 and 7. It’s an awesome beach house for young families. The location is amazing as you can see the water in Lewis bay when you pull down the street. The pictures posted reflect the house, but in person the home seems bigger than the pictures. The large sunroom on the front of the house is awesome - lots of sun and when all the windows are open you can feel the ocean breeze! We spent so much time in the LARGE backyard that has a grill, patio furniture and outdoor shower. You can feel, smell the ocean from the backyard. There is a small beach down the street that’s walking distance from the house. Seagull beach is also a quick drive. The neighborhood was awesome, not much car traffic so kids could ride bikes and we could jog/walk. The driveway is shared with the neighbors who are also a really nice family. Most of the homes in the neighborhood seem to be owner occupied - it was a great stay - highly recommended it.

Yarmouth Summer 2019

We enjoyed our stay. Our two young grand children were with us and they enjoyed the shallow and warm Bay water as well as the large back yard. Very helpful and concerned property owner. Some small things need a little work but overall a very pleasant stay.
