Maisonette of 46 m2 ideal for 2 people but there are 3 possible beds. The house is set back from the road at the edge of a wood.
Very calm and relaxing.

It is completely new and fully equipped. There is a bathroom with walk-in shower, a large living room with open kitchen and the bedroom is upstairs.

In good weather you can enjoy the terrace and the small private garden.

A little slice of heaven!

An absolute gem of a property, in a perfect location for exploring Crozon and further afield in Finistere. The gite is immaculately clean, very well furnished, calm and peaceful. The facilities are terrific - we had everything we could have asked for. Yannick was the perfect attentive host. We were delighted to have the opportunity to stay here and would love to return.

Séjour à Landévennec

Séjour extrêmement agréable grâce à la qualité de l'hébergement - rien n'a manqué à l'appel - avec une mention toute particulière pour la propreté du gîte et la qualité du couchage. S'ajoute à cela la gentillesse et la disponibilité de Yannick et Karine pour faire de nos vacances sur la Presqu'île un moment inoubliable.

Wundervolles Crozon

Wir hatten eine tollen Aufenthalt in dem gemütlichen Haus von Yannick und seiner Frau! Die Halbinsel ist wirklich traumhaft! Wir haben fast die komplette Küste abgewandert und noch weitere sehr schöne Orte in der Bretagne besucht! Die Lage vom Haus ist zentral gelegen! Auch unser Hund hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt! Nochmals vielen Dank für alles!

Détente sur la presqu'île de Crozon

Accueil sur sympa. Le logement est conforme à la description, il est confortable, propre, bien équipé et calme. La situation géographique permet de rejoindre rapidement la côte où Brest. Karine et Yannick sont de bons conseils et ils sont très réactif. Je recommande cet endroit

Nous avons passé en excellent séjour dans ce petit pavillon dans un charmant village. Yannick est de bon conseil et très présent pour renseigner ses hotes. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés!!

Très bon séjour dans ce joli gite

Que des compliments à faire à Karine et Yannick, un gîte en parfait état où l on se sent tout de suite bien. Le confort est là avec une literie de qualité et de largeur 160, le gîte est propre, situé au calme, il est également très bien équipé, il ne manque rien de notre point de vue. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour grâce également aux bons conseils de Yannick pour visiter la presqu'île de Crozon.

Gite super cosy et tranquille

Tres beau sejour trop court malheureusement. Le village de Landevennec est tres beau et la proximite de l'abbaye ancienne et moderne un havre de paix. Pour le gite j'ai regrette l'absence de bouilloire et grille pain pour le cote pratique et rapide. Je reviendrai avec plaisir.

It is exactly as it is in the pictures. Really nice host and very quiet. Away from it all, although there is a bar/cafe just at the bottom of the drive.
