The Mountains is a Nye Beach townhome that sleeps up to six and is perfectly located in the Nye Beach District. It is an easy walk to the Performing Arts Center, Coast Park which boasts state of the art play equipment (perfect for kids!), and Don Davis Park that gives you easy access to the sandy beach! This neighborhood is known for it's bohemian vibe with plenty of restaurants, shops, galleries and live entertainment all within walking distance.

Delightfully decorated to give the coast mountain range vibe, this townhome is cozy and comfortable. The Mountains has 2 bedrooms with king beds and 1.5 baths. Both bedrooms are upstairs with the living, dining, and kitchen all on the main floor. The living room has a sofa sleeper to accommodate extra guests. Enjoy an afternoon beverage or sip an evening drink from the covered deck off the living room where you can relax and enjoy the Oregon Coast.

Steps away from some of the most popular restaurants and shops in Newport, you can't beat the walkable location. Grab a unique weekend breakfast, take in the local art or shop for a book to curl up with! Enjoy the easy access to a seemingly endless expanse of sandy beach and round out the day with a drink and delicious dinner. All of this, and so much more, lies within blocks of your lovely vacation home. This townhome is part of a 4 plex - if you need extra room, you can rent all 4 of the units, including The Ocean, The Beach and The Docks, depending on your needs.

The written instructions were inaccurate. Said there was key in lockbox -none. Waited four hours for’ meet and greet’. Unable to leave the place because of so called keys did the person who was coming. The directions to find the place could be much better. Would not stay there again because of the management

Comfy condo $ great location

Thus was a great place to spend a few days with family! The condo had everything...nice to cook in, the kitchen was well equipped. Nice that it had a deck on lower level and easy access to the beach. We had a good time and would consider staying there again :)

Spring Break 2019

We had a great time at the Purple Door. The condo is very well equipped with linens, towels, and supplies of every kind, in closets and in the kitchen. It would be nice to have a larger sofa or another one in the living room. the furniture is smallish but fine. We are all 6 feet tall or taller... The key code machine on the front door broke immediately, so we had to hang out and wait for it to get fixed, however; Sweet Homes sent someone over within a couple of hours to fix it. When she couldn't fix it a key repairman was called, came over and fixed it right away. We were given a gift certificate to a local brewery/restaurant for the inconvenience. This was very gracious of them :) The condo is very close to the beach, like about 200 feet (no view of it though) and there is a large playground adjacent to it as well. Perfect for children. We had a nice time and would go back again for sure.
