Dorset Farm was just beautiful - it was indeed a quintessential New England getaway and perfect place to make memories. The home was perfectly clean and tidy - but also extremely warm, inviting and cozy. The owners had clearly given a great deal of thought and attention to all the little details, conveniences and comforts that made it truly a home away from home and we look forward to returning!

We stayed at the cottage for my sons wedding that was taking place nearby. From the moment we opened the door we felt the love that went into the decorating of this home. We felt right at home, the host came to greet us wich was so lovely! The house was equipped with everything you could possibly need for your stay. We are already planning to go back for a girls weekend with my nieces and sister. This was a great find.

Great property

Great secluded location but close enough to anything you need. The kids enjoyed the giant yard and we had a great time around around the fire pit with friends. Such a wonderful time!

Lovely home

Great Getaway in Brookfield CT

A beautiful, spotless, cozy place to stay on Brookfield CT. The kitchen/dining room was well appointed and very comfortable. We hosted a birthday dinner for 10 people the night we arrived and it was a fabulous space to host such an event. The kitchen is very well stocked with every utensil/pot/pans we needed. The bedrooms were impeccably decorated and beds very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again!

The perfect country home away from home

Our family had an incredible experience at this charming yet elevated country home. The classic amenities and decor were high quality and reflected the story of the home and the area. Wedding weekend

Perfect location, beautiful setting , amazing home to bond with family . Played whiffle ball one morning on the gorgeous backyard, and cards at night in the cozy kitchen. Location perfect for my nieces wedding at Candlewood Inn ! Great weekend with the familia !

A lovely stay for the family

We absolutely loved our stay, Ninka is an amazing host and made sure thoughtful details were in place for us, from making our check in easier when our travel plans hit a delay to ensuring we had everything we needed for our little kids to feel at home. Old Dorset Farm--the perfect get away for a day or a month or more!

This property is amazing! The hosts have thought of everything to make one's stay perfect--from the welcome flowers, cookies and chilled prosecco to the toys for kids, plus books and games for everyone! The property is beautiful and the house is so charming. It is just as you see in the photos--well furnished and stocked with all you could possibly need for a pleasant stay! Enjoy!
