Really lovely apartment to the North of the city. It has a small garage but also a very short walk to the excellent tram service. Carole & François we're superb hosts. Excellent communication and very, very helpful. The garden of the property is it's most amazing feature with plenty of sunny space and a refreshing pool. The neighbourhood is really quiet. We really enjoyed the stay and very much recommend the apartment if you prefer to be a little away from the city to relax.

The apartment was lovely, had the feel of old Europe with all the modern updates. Space felt airy and open. Our favorite space was the beautiful terrace and lower swim spa area. The pictures dont capture the true essence of the space. We used the grill several times during our stay as well as the outside space for our tea and coffee in the am.Short walk down a slight hill to a bakery and large grocery store. About a 15 minute ride, on a conveniently located tram, to Old Nice and the promenade beach area. Off street parking if you choose to rent a car, but honestly between the trams,Trains and UBER you don't need one.

Excellent find with beautiful outside space.

We loved staying at this property very much. The pictures don't do the outside space justice. A huge seating terrace, plus the pool, us the barbeque area. Such a beautiful place to hang out and relax. It felt like a real home from home. It is well situated just five minutes from the tram into Nice.

A wonderful, clean, fully equipped property, close to the tram and buses and shops. A garage for the car, but only used to get to the property from the airport. Lovely frendly and helpful owners. Thè outside area is spacious and the pool/hottub is a welcome distraction for the teenage children and adults.

Perfect stay for our vacation!

Nice and bright apartment very well located in a residential area, 3min walk to grocery store, local market and tram station. 3 bedrooms and lots of space so it was just perfect for our family. Big kitchen fully equipped with all the appliances and everything you can ask for: air fryer, oven, toaster, etc. Beautiful terrace with bbq, spa and pool, definitely the most outstanding feature! Great communication with owners, quick replies. Would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again on our next vacation in Nice.

What a great apartment, the photos really don’t do it justice. The place has a lovely style. The outside space is huge and the pool and spa is a great addition. Carole and Francois were very welcoming and met us to check in and introduce us to the accommodation. Location is ideal. So close to the centre of Nice. Literally a 5 min walk and 5-10 min tram journey. Also secure parking in a garage. We’d love to return one day. Highly recommend.

Very spacious appartement with great outer space. Outside is even more beautiful than on the pictures. Car was idealiter parked in the garage. Bakery, tram, supermarket and butcher are a few hundred meters downhill. Tram is ideal for going into town.

Great place for holiday

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the house! It was way better then we expected. The house has everything you need and is spacious and clean. The garden and terrace are huge and amazing. The pool is great to cool down and the jacuzzi is nice for when it cools down a little. The tram, supermarket and bakery are closeby and within 15 minutes you are in the centre of Nice. The station is also nearby and a great way to visit other towns in the surrounding of Nice!
