The main door opens to a spacious air-conditioned living room. 2 doors and 1 window to the outside giving access to the terrace, facing south, part covered, with outdoor furniture, overlooking the lawn garden area surrounding the house. Furnished with 2 sets of comfortable sofas, HD flat screen TV w / channels from the UK / Germany / France and several countries. Free WiFi.
Dining area with table and chairs and open breakfast bar to kitchen, fully furnished and equipped, including all kitchen utensils, washing machine and dishwasher, fridge/freezer, gas cooker with 4 nozzles, electric oven, gas water heater, microwave, filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle, hand blender, etc...
From the kitchen, a glass door gives access to side terrace that runs through the whole house, part covered with a wooden pergola and with a panel also in wood to give more privacy to outside dining area with dining table and chairs.
Built-in charcoal BBQ. Outside shower.
3 double rooms and 1 twin room. 2 full bathrooms with bath & shower head, heated towel rails.
All bed linen and towels provided, except beach towels.
Cleaning service and complete change of bed linen and towels in stays of 14 nights or more.
Several restaurants, cafes, bakery, supermarkets and bus stop within 800 meters. Usually its always possible to find parking on the street near the house. Is not allowed to charge electric car at the property facilities.
Our guests have access to all the property except the garage that the owner uses as a private access area.
CoolHouses that manages the house will always be at your disposal and is also responsible for organizing access to the property. They will also come to meet you and greet you right after your arrival, unless otherwise is agreed.
Any problems or damage should be reported immediately.
Casa das Amendoeiras is located is very quiet area, with a mix of residents and tourists at Baía da Luz resort.
At the top of the street there is a bus stop, where buses pass every 30 minutes to Lagos (Onda - Yellow line).
It is also possible to rent a car or a taxi. Speak to the property manager for more information, although being located in such a central area of the village of Luz and only 5 minutes walk to the beach, the use of the car is not essential.

Since 2012 CoolHouses® Algarve, a local property management company, based in Luz, has been managing and later renting this house.
