inside on rainy days. Gas grill and charcoal grill available for guest
when you want to grill outside.

The living & dining area is very comfortable for 8 guests. Both areas
overlook out to the pool and seating area and out to the lagoon.

Smart TV featuring YouTube streaming and a Sonos sound system.

All bedrooms feature a Smart TV, comfortable high end mattresses
and access to their own bathroom. This home is set up very well
for multiple couples for privacy or for a larger family.

The biggest feature of this home is the oversized hot tub! Easily 8
can fit into this hot tub at one time! It overflows into the pool which
is 12 x 24. The hot tub/pool can be heated for an additional fee.
**For the summer/fall rentals of 2024, we'll include a FREE HOT TUB
heating, so that you can enjoy it after coming back from the beach!

Guests can rent a kayak & explore the 11 mile lagoon system that winds
its water throughout the Resort or enjoy the miles of bike paths featured
within the Resort property. The Dunes House with its beachfront bar &
dining is also available to guests with limited free parking. The "Dune Buggy"
transportation to and from the beach is available for FREE if you don't want
to drive, walk or bike.

Palmetto Dunes is centrally located on the Island with Shelter Cove
just across from the entrance to the resort. Guests of Palmetto
Dunes can also use the "Dune Buggy" for transportation to this
area. An abundance of shops, restaurants and a fabulous marina
are in this area to explore. All kinds of water activities are also
available at the marina. Tuesday nights in the summer, Harbourfest
which features live music & fireworks happens in Shelter Cove! An
activity for the entire family that should not be missed!
