House 8 people "Un Miel des Vosges" - Domino Town of Saint Georges d'Oléron

At 900m from one of the most beautiful beaches of the West coast of the Island of Oléron and a stone's throw from the market of Domino, house of character (quoted in architectural books of Oléron), comfortable and warm of 86m ² 1 bathroom and 1 toilet. It is equipped with a living room, with a fitted, with a terrace and with a parking lot. It's located on the 3rd floor with a lift.

The house offers a large garden of 900m ², entirely closed and without opposite. It has 2 awnings of 40m ² with barbecue to eat and relax outside as well as a hut in the trees, for the greatest happiness of the children!
The yard allows several vehicles to be parked safely.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche in diesem schönen Haus. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es gab sogar ein Begrüßungsgeschenk.Der Garten ist ein Traum, ebenso der Pool, angenehm warm mit 26 Grad. Die Plancha war auch super.Man sollte vielleicht hinzufügen, dass Bettwäsche und Handtücher nicht inbegriffen sind, das wussten wir im Vorfeld nicht, aber im Supermarkt gab es alles.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist auch super, alles innerhalb kürzester Zeit erreichbar.

1 ere fois sur Oleron et avec Abritel et nous avons été enchantés de notre séjour. La maison et ses exterieurs sont superbes. Tout y est décoré avec goût, une vraie maison de famille où tout est soigné, la maison est parfaitement équipée. Tellement ravis que nous pensons y revenir.

Tout était parfait, l'emplacement, les ustensiles de cuisine et l'equipement, il y a un equipement plus complet que votre propre maison, le petit couac, c'est que nous n'avons pas pu nettoyer la piscine, car le matériel était dans un local fermé à clef.

J'ai loué cette maison pour des invités pour mon mariage à Domino car je ne pouvais pas loger tout le monde. Tout le monde a été enchanté, je pense que la piscine y est pour beaucoup mais la "cuisine pour enfants" ainsi que la cabane dans l'arbre aussi, de plus elle est située à l'orée du village, à 150 m des commerces ( sauf l'hiver car seuls le Café et la Boulangerie sont ouverts)et à moins d'1 km de la Grande Plage. De plus, très jolie déco et échanges très agréable avec la propriétaire ainsi que le personne qui s'occupe de la remise des clefs.

Tolles Haus in himmlisch ruhiger Umgebung

Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Der Garten bietet enorm viel Platz mit überdachten Sitzgelegenheiten, Loungemöbel im Freien und einem fantastischen Baumhaus für Kinder. Der Strand ist fußläufig in 10 Minuten zu erreichen.

Si vous voulez aller à un endroit très calme d’Oleron ce serait idéal. Belle plage très proche, mais pour de bons restaurants il faut conduire 10 minutes ou prendre le vélo.

Nous avons passe un super séjour dans la maison de Mélanie. Elle est parfaite pour des soirées à l extérieur comme à l intérieur. Le jardin est parfait pour les enfants et l emplacement est très pratique pour aller à la mer à pied, à vélo ou en voiture. Je recommande fortement !

Belle maison de vacances

La maisons est très bien situé en bordure de village, un air de campagne. Nous avons été très bien reçus, l'installation est simple et rapide, on se sent vite chez soi. Maison très agréable, les pièces de vie sont confortables, les chambres pas très grandes mais suffisantes pour des vacances, et pratiques. Nous étions mon mari, mes 2 ados et moi. Tout comme la pièce principale. La cuisine donne envie. Nous avons passé notre temps dans le jardin et surtout dans le salon extérieur. Une maison avec une belle énergie. Merci Mélanie ! Nous reviendrons certainement :)

Un séjour parfait

Nous avons passé le week-end de Pâques dans cette magnifique location et avons regretté de ne pas y rester plus longtemps. Nous étions 6 adultes et un enfant de 2 ans ainsi que nos 2 chiens. Tout était propre, la décoration soignée, des équipements pour les enfants très appréciables (beaucoup de jouets intérieurs et extérieurs), une cuisine très bien équipée, le jardin est grand et clos ce qui permet d'en profiter en toute sécurité, une plancha parfaite pour profiter de la grande terrasse. Mme Wiry nous a très bien accueillis, rien a redire ! A refaire l'année prochaine plus longtemps !
