The house was great! So roomy and the view spectacular! Access to the beach was three houses down from ours and easy to negotiate. The hot tub was a plus with lots of towels provided. The kitchen was well stocked with coffee maker, dishes, etc. I thought it a bit pricey, but all seven of us enjoyed every minute of it!

Nice house, beautiful view, close beach access. Great place for a family to hang out. Everything went very well during our stay. The hot tub was great. I think they change out the water between guests. Two of the beds need better matresses. The living room carpet is a little soiled. But overall I would recommend this place. We would stay there again.

Great location and house. It would be nice if the windows had screens in them to keep out without bugs getting in. Carpet was very dirty or just stained. House needs a lil tlc.Had a great time with family.Communication could have been better with host as I never received a response a few times with questions.

Beautiful Getaway

We stayed here for one night while driving down the coast and really enjoyed the property. The hot tub is a must for the cold nights and we enjoyed it. The views from the back deck were amazing.

Great view!

Beautiful view from the front living room and patio! Enjoyed listening to the waves crashing at night and it was a short walk down to the beach to play in the sand with the kiddos. We enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful time here at King Neptune. The use of light in the space made even the cloudy days nice. Great spot.

Total enjoyment!

Family of 6 from 4 different states had a marvelous time! The views were to die for, the whole house had tons of storage space, the beach and neighborhood were walkable, and the beds were super comfy. The top floors' french doors do not stay closed so we had to brace a chair under them at night, but over all, would stay there again!
