In a large house "on" the beach of ROYAN, Studio mezzanine for 3 or 4 people facing the sea (on the beach of the Grande Conche: there is only the boulevard to cross to go to the beach)
Area of the Park. Ideal for a couple with children: First aid station and beach club in summer, Beach restaurant, shops nearby.
Next to the park market. Wireless. Double glazing.
Classified two-star new standards in April 2017.
Weekly rental during the school holidays.
