The apartment consists of a large living room (with a view of Cadiz Street), with an open kitchen, dining area, and a lounge (part of which can be closed off to transform into a guest bedroom), a master bedroom, and two bathrooms. The spacious terrace can be accessed from both the kitchen and the master bedroom.

Our apartment is located in a classic 1920s architectural building in the heart of the charming Russafa neighborhood, on Cadiz Street. Russafa is the trendy, vibrant, and open neighborhood of Valencia. It's a strategic choice for food enthusiasts (only 2 minutes away from Russafa Market, surrounded by good restaurants and bars) or for exploring the historic center or taking walks along the former Turia River bed, which is a 15-minute walk from Russafa.

Lovely quiet apartment with excellent layout and lovely terrace. Bedroom facing street had some nighttime noise but not unmanageable. Would certainly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the Ruzafa barrio.

Lovely space and great location

The place was perfect for us. The unit is well equipped, and the terrace is great! The location is perfect—just steps from numerous bars and restaurants, and a short walk to neighboring barrios. Highly recommend.

Good basic apartment

While the apartment is as described and the patio is wonderful, the apartment is a basic one bedroom plus a separate sleeping area and was not quite suitablet for 2 couples. Location is great!

Perfect location and nice apartment

The location was ideal for exploring Valencia, situated in the bustling and fun Ruzafa neighborhood. The apartment was generally comfortable, quite stylish, and the terrace was great. Two points that could be improved: the photos make it hard to tell that one bedroom has two small single beds, essentially on the floor. Second, the beds in both bedrooms are not very comfortable. There was also a strange hole in the tile in the lobby of the building, covered by a hollow-core door, and giving off a terrible sewage smell. Someone stepped through the door into the hole while we were there (thankfully not us). Although not the owner's fault, it was a genuine safety hazard. Otherwise, we very much enjoyed our stay.

Hochwertige Ausstattung, top Lage im angesagten Viertel Ruzafa.

Sehr problemlose Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Die Wohnung ist hochwertig und geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Große Terrasse (ruhig nach hinten) mit reichlich Sitzmöbeln. Die Lage mitten im coolen Viertel Ruzafa ist perfekt, viele Bars, die Markthalle in 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und unzählige Vontageläden

Schönes Apartement in bester Lage

In dem schön eingerichteten Apartement haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles stand zur Verfügung und das Frühstück auf der großen Terrasse sorgte für einen guten Start in den Tag.Die Lage selbst ist nicht zu toppen. Danke auch an PaKo für das perfekte Checkin. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Perfect appartement in leuke wijk

Goed gelegen, smaakvol ingericht, goed uitgerust appartement met alle basisproducten voor keuken en badkamer, mooi terras. Levendige wijk met volop bars en restaurants. De eigenaars stuurden ons vooraf een zo goed als volledige gids over Valencia met veel nuttige tips en info. Een absolute aanrader!

Sehr schöne und modern eingerichtete Wohnung

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Wohnung sehr genossen. Mitten im Viertel Russafa gelegen, von dort aus kann man die Altstadt von Valencia noch sehr gut zu Fuß erreichen. Mehrere Bushaltestellen in der Nähe, von denen aus man billig zu weiter entfernten Zielen (z.B. Stadtstrand) fahren kann. Eine modern und sehr geschmackvoll gestaltete Altbauwohnung. Supermärkte zur Selbstverpflegung sind in unmittelbarer Nähe, ebenso die Markthalle des Ortsteils Russafa. Das einzige wirkliche Minus ist das Fehlen von WLAN. Die Dachterrasse kann man prima nutzen, um sich von der Stadtbesichtigung zu erholen und die Füße hochzulegen. Man muss dabei wissen, dass die Terrasse von ringsum total einsehbar ist, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Schließlich ist das Doppelbett okay, allerdings nicht sehr breit.

Schöne Wohnung, gute Lage, nette Betreuung

Wir haben alles so vorgefunden, wie es beschrieben wurde. Sehr moderne, schöne, saubere Wohnung. Zur Straße hin nachts ziemlich laut, dafür aber zahlreiche Restaurants vor der Tür. Auch wenn man vier Stunden später kommt als angemeldet, wird man sehr freundlich begrüßt und bekommt mitten in der Nacht alle Informationen, die man braucht. Absolut empfehlenswert.
