Villa in a very quiet area near the village of braids about 10 mm from the center of Bordeaux
This villa is located due south on a plot of 900 m2 it has 3 bedrooms including a master bedroom with full bathroom and 160 cm bed dressing and new bedding plus two other bedrooms 1 with a 160 cm bed and a bedroom with a 140cm 2WC separate bed
Large living room and kitchen with air conditioning, with bay windows overlooking the pool and the garden with palm trees, olive trees and flowers

Large covered outdoor terrace + awning in 2 parts one for lunch with garden furniture for 8 people and the other part a large Moroccan style lounge for the evening aperitif

Salt pool 10x5m with a large pool house around the pool with shower, WC, separate. Bar and. Fridge
Private parking for 2 cars, free wifi, sheets and towels provided

20mm from the town of Saint Emilion and its world famous vineyards and less than an hour from the beaches of Arcachon Basin, the Pyla dune and the Atlantic Ocean.

We had such a wonderful stay in Tresses! Serge and Arlette were absolutely wonderful hosts, giving us such an in depth tour of their home and property. They also kindly provided us with information on restaurants and shops in the area. Serge and Arlette described their home perfectly and was as advertised! What a wonderful retreat after exploring the vineyards or the bustling city of Bordeaux. We especially enjoyed being in the backyard lounging by the pool area enjoying a lovely breakfast or a wonderful bottle of wine in the afternoon. Wow what a find

This was a beautiful large family home ive never stayed in a place that was so well equipped you wanted for nothing here beautiful space outside and inside the hosts Arlette and Serge were the most friendly and lovely couple i have ever met nothing was to much trouble for them they are there to greet you and to see you off we got around the language barrier by good old google transate we were a family of 5 adults and a 2 yr old and we didnt feel we were crammed in there was so much space and the great sized pool you definitely need a car to get out and about the area is very quiet and peaceful which we loved there is supermarkets in either direction but we found the super u drive was the best one to buy things for our dairy free grandson there is a smart tv in the lounge we took our firestick with us mainly for the todder but we felt totally relaxed and recharged from this holiday so thank you Arlette and Serge for the use of your beautiful home

Très belle maison confortable , conforme à la description et idéalement placée pour la découverte de Bordeaux et de sa région . Avec bien sur le village de Saint Emilion à ne pas manquer et le bassin d'Arcachon et sa magnifique Dune du Pilat. Un grand merci au propriétaires pour leur gentillesse et disponibilité. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, malgré un temps mitigé. Les propriétaires sont accueillants, sympathiques et de bons conseils. Amazing!

The photos on the listing are what made me choose this great property but the actual home was even better!! A lot of love and care was put into creating this space and Arlette and Serge were just as caring about our stay. I had booked for early September but had to postpone due to family emergency and they were so understanding. They continually followed-up and were always available. Best of both worlds. Very close drive to centre ville and the peace and tranquility of the French countryside. Thank you Arlette and Serge for being such great superhosts

A wonderful stay in a beautiful villa

We were blown away when we first entered the villa by the space and facilities available. Everything about our stay was excellent, especially use of the fantastic pool, and everything that was available for our use. The proximity to Bordeaux was also great, we enjoyed a couple of trips into the city which were fantastic. Thank you for a brilliant stay, we will definitely recommend the villa to friends and family.

Perfect villa in Bordeaux

Serge and Arlette are great hosts and they have a wonderful and very comfortable villa in an accessible yet quiet location from which it's easy to explore the wine country and Cap Ferret. The villa is extremely well equipped and everything is provided.

Wonderful house!!!

We enjoyed a week in this beautiful house, everything was excellent and extremely clean, kitchen well equipped, pool is wonderful and the beds are very comfortable! The house is in a great quiet area, very easy to get everywhere in the area, Bordeaux city center is 15 min drive from the house. Perfect spot for a week - ideal house and pool in a quiet location near to Bordeaux and a fairly easy drive to Arcachon and Cap Ferret. Our hosts were lovely and after they had shown us round the house and pool area left us to enjoy the week in their lovely house. Would not hesitate to recommend this home.

Demeure superbement située tout près de Bodeaux. Tout est selon les photos! Très bien meublée et les propriétaires ont été des plus accueillants! Très propre, très spacieuse, nous étions 6 adultes (grands-parents, parents et jeunes adultes). L’espace piscine était très apprécié car il faisait chaud! Merci beaucoup aux Lapeyronie!
