Magnificent stone house, sea view, in La Palue, Morgat

This beautiful local stone house is located at Cap de la Chèvre, 5km from Morgat, in the hamlet of La Palue, very close to the beach of the same name popular with surfers. The house is quiet, facing south. The spacious, very bright living room has a view on one side of the garden and the moor on the horizon, and on the other side of the sea. The large oak table can seat 14 people, and the open kitchen is fully equipped, with all the necessary utensils for good cookers. A baby high chair is included.
The house has five bedrooms, one on the ground floor and four upstairs. The large master bedroom has a 1m60 bed, and there is room for a cot. Two other bedrooms have double beds of 140, one bedroom has a single bed, and the last one has a single bed which can be transformed into a double bed of 1m60. The bedding is new, and the mattresses are excellent. Upstairs there is a large bathroom with a bathtub and two sinks, and a separate toilet; on the ground floor, a shower room with toilet. In the utility room there is a washing machine as well as a dryer (very useful in Brittany, when the towels stay wet!). The house has a Samsung TV, DVD player and internet. There are books for your entertainment, many comics, board games and toys for children.
Located in the middle of nature, on the moor, in the heart of a typical hamlet, ten minutes walk from the sea, this house has a charm! Direct access to the coastal paths for magnificent walks as well as to the beach for bathing and surfing.

La maison est idéalement située pour profiter des balades jusqu'aux superbes plages, sur les falaises et dans la lande. Un endroit accueillant et très confortable ! Nous avons adoré la vue depuis la maison, la lande à perte de vue et les grands pins du jardin, les merveilleux levers de soleil chaque matin.En ce mois de janvier, quel bonheur de se retrouver tous dans le grand et très beau salon et se réchauffer près du feu de bois après chaque balade !Et dans les bibliothèques de quoi satisfaire notre amour de la lecture, merci !Un plus : la cuisine fort bien équipée pour préparer de bons repas pour les 8 convives.Un séjour inoubliable, merci à Catherine et à sa maison !

Merveilleux séjour à La Palue

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à La Palue. La maison est spacieuse et joliment décorée, le jardin est magnifique, surtout par beau temps. La région est sauvage et belle, il y a de belles promenades à faire au départ de la maison. Catherine était très joignable par mail - mon téléphone ne fonctionnait pas cette semaine-là - et elle a tout fait pour que nous nous sentions bien dans sa maison. Encore un grand merci, Catherine.

On ne peut pas faire mieux. Nous avons passé un séjour fantastique dans cette magnifique maison. La maison est si généreusement aménagée individuellement et avec style. Nous regrettons juste de ne pas avoir pu prendre le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse ou le dîner au soleil couchant avec la vue sur la magnifique côte et la mer, et lire dans le jardin avec ses meubles confortables. Superbe séjour à La Palue

Un séjour magnifique. La maison est très agréable et avec un charme appuyé par sa localisation: l'arrière avec vue sur mer est incroyable! Très bien équipée, nous n'avons manqué de rien. Séjour en pleine nature

La maison est située à 10 minutes d'une plage exceptionnelle... des couleurs à couper le souffle, le GR passe au pied de la maison. Nous avons eu l'impression d'être au bout du monde. La maison est très fonctionnelle et très agréable car ouverte sur l'extérieur. Il y a une vraie identité dans cette maison et on sent l'attachement qu'il y a une histoire. Nous sommes venus en famille, avec des enfants, des jeux et des libres sont à dispositions dans une petite chambre ce qui est un plus!.

Ein Super Haus in perfekter Lage

Wir durften zwei wunderschöne Wochen in Catherines Haus verbringen. Es ist wirklich sehr geräumig und komplett ausgestattet. Wir waren mit 2 Familien mit insgesamt 5 Kindern dort- für alle gab es viel Platz. Auch die Ausstattung der Küche und sonstigen Räumlichkeiten bietet alles, was man für 10+ Personen benötigt, inkl. Kinder Spielzeug. Die Lage spricht für sich, das Haus liegt mit Ausblick auf den Atlantik in den Dünen, mit direktem Zugang zu den Wanderwegen. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der immer freundliche, persönliche Kontakt zu Catherine und ihrem Mann. Wir wurden herzlich in Empfang genommen und die Übergabe sowie die weitere Kommunikation gestaltete sich sehr unkompliziert. Also eine echte Empfehlung für ein oder mehrere Familien. Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Urlaub bei eurem Haus in La Palue, Catherine!

Wir hatten eine traumhafte Zeit in diesem fantastischen, ruhig gelegenen Haus mit Meerblick. In der Nähe liegt ein toller Strand, der auch für Wellenreiter und Kytesurfer hervorragend geeignet ist. Ausserdem hat uns der nahe gelegene Wanderweg zum Cap de Chevre sehr begeistert. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen, auch die Bibliothek ist sehr gut ausgestattet. In einem Wort es war perfekt.

Traumhaus in Traumlage

Wir fahren seit Jahren über Silvester in die Bretagne. So ein schönes und geschmackvolles Haus hatten wir allerdings noch nie. Die Kommunikation mit Catherine war sehr einfach. Sie ist eine tolle und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin, ist auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen und hat sich sehr nett um uns gekümmert. Das Haus liegt wunderschön und ist bestimmt auch im Sommer genial: es hat einen riesen Garten mit Blick aufs Meer, welches man in gut 10Minuten zu Fuß erreicht. Der Weg zum Meer ist herrlich und geht durch traumhafte Natur. Das Haus an sich ist super für große Gruppen geeignet. Die Schlafzimmer sind, bis auf eins, zwar sehr klein - der Wohnbereich ist dafür riesig. Die Küche ist auch für große Gruppen ausgestattet. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und ich kann das Haus nur jedem empfehlen, der einen gemütlichen Urlaub in wunderschöner Umgebung sucht. Merci Catherine :-)

Magnifiques vacances au calme

Très belle maison dans un hameau typique entourée de verdure. Nous sommes une famille de 8 et nous avons eu bien assez de place et tout l'équipement nécessaire (chaises, tables, vaisselle,...). Super jardin avec très belle vue où les enfants ont pu jouer et se dépenser à volonté. Accès à la plage de la Palue en 10min à pieds (interdite à la baignade en raison de baïnes mais très belle quand même). Contacts avec Catherine très facile et sympathique et procédures d'arrivée/départ très arrangeantes. Nous recommandons cette location sans hésitation.

Zauberhafte Bretagne

Das Haus von Catherine liegt fußläufig hinter dem weiten Atlantik und dem schönen Strand von la Palue. Abseits der kleinen Straße, die durch den Weiler führt, liegt das Haus in wunderbarer Ruhe mit einem fantastischen Blick auf die magische Landschaft und das Meer......nur Stille außer dem Meeresrauschen und Naturgeräuschen.. Das schöne authentische Steinhaus ist sehr geräumig, lichtdurchflutet (dank seiner vielen großen Fenster), sauber und gepflegt und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen genußreichen Urlaub braucht. Das großzügige Grundstück mit alten Kiefern ist sehr schön bepflanzt und auf der Holzterrasse (mit schönem Meerblick) mag man gerne essen, Alle Räume sind sehr gut und ansprechend ausgestattet. Ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen und Ankommen in dieser schönen Landschaft. Der Kontakt mit Catherine war sehr umkompliziert. Sie ist sehr freundlich, großzügig und aufmerksam. Die Kommunikation mit ihr war stets fliessend. Danke, liebe Catherine, dass Sie Ihr wunderschönes Kleinod zur Verfügung stellen. Wir haben einen unvergesslichen Urlaub darin verbringen dürfen und wir kommen wieder!

Traumhafter Urlaub in La Palue, Crozon

Wir haben die Woche in diesem wunderschönen Haus genossen! Es liegt sehr ruhig, umgeben von bretonischer Natur, mit herrlichem Blick auf den Atlantik. Der Strand La Palue ist mit dem Fahrrad in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Cap de la Chevre und der Wanderweg GR 34 sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. In dem sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohn-/Esszimmer mit offener Küche kann man auch bei schlechtem Wetter wegen der vielen großen Fenster die Natur genießen. Die Küche ist großzügig mit allem ausgestattet, das man braucht. Die Schlafräume oben haben sehr bequeme Betten, das große Schlafzimmer bietet ausreichend Platz für das Aufstellen eines Baby-Bettes. Alles perfekt - vielen Dank, liebe Catherine!

Des retrouvailles en famille conviviales

Une très belle semaine au cœur de la nature sauvage et typique de la presqu’île, avec fe multiples balade à pied de la maison. Une vue et des lumières époustouflantes, dont on profite même en plein hiver grâce à une grande pièce de vie ouverte sur les alentours. Son poêle à bois aura été un plus indéniable en cette période grise et pluvieuse. Une maison chaleureuse qui nous a comblés dans nos attentes.
