Overall, our stay was okay. The location and general experience were fine, but there were a few things that could be improved.There were no trash bags provided for the kitchen trash can, so I went to reception to ask for one. Unfortunately, the gentleman working there seemed to be in a bad mood and was not very friendly or welcoming.The property and facilities also feel dated and could definitely use some upgrades and better maintenance. With a few improvements in customer service and the condition of the facilities, the stay could be much better.

Thank you for staying with us and for the honest feedback. I'm sorry the kitchen trash bags weren't there when you needed them. Our housekeeper restocks trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towels daily, and I've followed up with her to make sure nothing gets missed. My cell number is included for every stay, so texting me directly is the fastest way to get anything handled, often quicker than the front desk. I'm also sorry about your experience at reception, and I'll pass that feedback along to the resort. Sonoran Sky is one of the newer resorts on Sandy Beach, and we recently updated the condo's interior, but we always appreciate hearing where things can be better.

Wow!! Great Condo, perfect location, had everything you would need and then some. Beautiful resort with multiple pools, spa and health club. Angela was a perfect host, we left the patio doors open and what a fabulous breeze. Never needed the AC. The views…spectacular!!!

The host was timely with communication and so welcoming. She also sent a great document in advance that had all the info we needed. The condo was spacious, had a well-stocked kitchen, and comfortable furniture and beds. It also was very clean. We hope to be back and stay in the future.
