Lovely beachfront condo with only a short walk to the water and the sugar white sandy beach. Relax and enjoy yourself at this 2 bedroom, 2 bath beachfront condo. Spectacular views and a serene setting are yours from the private balcony. The beach is only a few short steps away.

Enjoy the newly-remodeled fully-equipped kitchen with new granite countertops, and other amenities. Each bedroom has its own private full-bath. Enjoy a tile walk in shower in beachfront bedroom with king size bed.

Nice private balcony with breathtaking views of the Gulf. Three charcoal grills in the grilling area with covered picnic tables and chairs. There is a lovely swimming pool and a large lounging area with swings and lounge chairs.

Incredible location between the State Pier and The Hangout area. The Lighhouse is next door. Waffle House and shops across the road. Easy walking distance to many restaurants and entertainment spots.

This condo was perfect for my parents, 4 kids and me. The kids loved how close it was to the beach and they loved that there was a pool they could go to. Everyone enjoyed the balcony looking out over the beach

Perfect Getaway!

We loved our stay here! Perfect location close enough to walk to all the restaurants and shops but with enough distance that the beach did feel packed and we were always able to get a nice set up! Would definitely book here again

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. It was easily accessible, in the perfect location, very clean, super comfortable, and our host was great! This unit is on the beach and I loved that it isn't part of a super highrise condo complex. We NEVER had to wait more than a minute or two for an elevator! This will definitely be our first choice of places to stay again!

The place was clean and had an amazing view of the ocean. Pool was nice as well but they shocked it one of the days there so we couldn’t use it. Access to the beach was quick and easy. Only 1 elevator and it was slow was the only downside.

Perfect Spot for People of All Ages

I wanted a location close to The Hangout for the teens, safe for the young kids, and near Walmart for all the groceries and beach goodies we needed. This condo checked all those boxes besides having a beautiful view and a pretty, clean condo. I will definitely be back!

The location of condo and being beachfront was ideal. You can open the door and hear waves your entire stay. Overall the property was as listed and we had a great time. The only suggestion would be an update to the bathtubs as they seem to be only thing not renovated over time in the property. Again, the location was fantastic property was as listed. We had a great family vacation.

Great Location, Great Place to Stay!

My wife and I had a wonderful time at Island sunrise. The unit we stayed in was very clean and very neat. It is so easy to access the beach. One of the unexpected amenities was the pod style coffee maker. Did not expect to see that, even though we did bring our own pods.The only thing I would recommend would be for the owner to upgrade the mattress in the main bedroom. He left a lot to be desired from a comfort standpoint.Other than that, we had a wonderful day and would certainly go back and do it again.

Fun in the Sun

Property and condo were smaller than expected but ended up being a plus because the beach was not as crowded as larger properties. Condo wasn’t cleaned when we got there but property manager rectified very quickly with cleaning crew cleaning and disinfecting very well. Condo had all amenities needed and great view. The property had a very friendly family oriented clientele. Everything you need is not far from condo including kids entertainment, food and restaurants. Would book again.

Best trip ever

Everything was perfect about this condo! From location, amenities, cleanliness, everything was updated and modern and we had absolutely everything we could need! ONLY issue was cable in the guest room didn’t work but we weren’t in the room enough to care to call the cable company so it wasn’t a big deal for us. Myra was amazing for any and all questions we had. We will definitely be back! Thanks for allowing us your gorgeous piece of heaven for the week!

Perfect setup and location

This was our first trip to Gulf Shores and we were extremely pleased with the location of this property. You have sidewalks to walk to many restaurants and a grocery store…I would suggest walking when you can in the evenings traffic can get pretty thick. The building offers a pool for when you need a break from the saltwater and convienent carts to bring up luggage and groceries to your condo. As for the condo we loved the layout! Master was split from the guest bedroom. Worked out perfectly for our 12 yo to have her space on the bunk beds and 10 yo to have the separate full size to himself. The master had a great view of the ocean AND you can hear the waves:) We will definitely try to stay in this unit again when we return to Gulf Shores!

Island Sunrise is located in the Heart of Gulf Shores on East Beach. It is located pretty much equal distant to the Hangout and the State Pier. You can't beat the location. Recently undated and super clean. Sleeps 6 in comfortable beds.

Play On the Beach or Sit on the Beach Balcony ! This condo is all about the beach. It is beach perfect. No Worries if the Beach is closed then you will be refunded 100% of rental amount due to interruption.
