Breath taking view! Ideal location. Loved having 3 master bedroom set up—each one with a fantastic view of the man’s! The great room with the kitchen and dining room was also wonderful. Loved our stay. Host was great too.

Majestic view

My family enjoyed our stay for the week! It is away from town, but not too far away to make a short drive! We saw a bear at our cabin and to bear up the road from our cabin! Nice home, we would stay again! We had to make a call about a toliet and they came right out and fixed it no problem and they were quick

Wonderful place to stay plus we have seen total 9 bears

We stayed here two nights. Everything were nicely organized and wonderful. Also added bonus we get to see Bear multiple times. During check-in, in the morning and next day during check out. We get to see 9 bears in total, including 3 baby bear with mother. Vaccasa doesn't have onsite/local office, that's a bit problem, always have communicate over text or phone call over to global number.

TV didn't work. No hot water in some of the bathrooms. None of the fireplaces worked.

Locked the front door to go to the wedding we were there for and came back to the cabin to fine the front door was unlocked, not opened but completely unlocked.

Just okay

This place is beautiful & has a lot of potential but you can tell no further investment has been made. Perfect layout for our group. However, Faucet in kitchen leaked non-stop. Faucet in bath clogged. TVs need updating - did not work properly. AC filters not changed. No insulation in floors. You can hear conversations in rooms above and any movement resulted in pops and squeaks. Cleaning is needed. Carpet stained and worn. I would not choose to stay here again.

It’s okay…

The Wi-Fi is horrible and will kick you off every time your phone locks. The property needs maintenance desperately! The hot tub did not have appropriate chemicals and wreaked of stagnant water! The carpet upstairs is disgusting! Parking is shared, this is not mentioned in the listing.

Simple things could have made our stay excellent, but it was just okay.

Mostly clean cabin that with a few improvements could have been much better. Two pool balls were missing from the set which rendered it basically useless to play a game. Tiny TVs in the bedrooms, about the size of a laptop screen and the TV in the loft was not functional. Multiple outlets not working and light bulbs blown/flickering throughout. AS AN FYI: There is another cabin that SHARES the property (actually shares a path) and the parking lot. The parking lot is SMALL and is shared with both cabins and the lot is barely big enough. This cabin only allows 3 cars for a 14 person cabin AND the adjoining cabin shares the same lot which makes for a tight fit. Because of the closeness of the cabins, there is NO privacy for either cabin. There are also several other cabins close by that make this cabin less than peaceful. If you have loud neighbors, you can hear everything. The view is pretty nice, the private balconies are nice, and the rocking chairs are nice. The table and benches on the big deck are rotting and will eventually give way, just an FYI. If you plan to cook at this cabin, you might as well bring your own cooking stuff. Go ahead and bring your own toilet paper as well. Trust me. Most of the dishes are chipped as well. Overall a decent stay, but not superb and we will not be revisiting.

My family of 5 was very happy with this property! It was clean for the most part, except one of the lower-level bathrooms was infested with gnats coming out of the drains. The electronics were all easy to use and there were plenty of fresh, clean linens. There are pull-out beds in one of the upstairs bedrooms, which was a fun find for my kids. We enjoyed the hot tub multiple times and loved the fireplace in the master room. We just wish there were tvs in the bedrooms.

Place was big enough for everyone but it was dirty, windows leaked, if that one bathroom had been cleaned the leak ( hair in drain)have been found and I would not have had to make phone calls to get management involved. Also person that came and fixed leak did not put towel holder back on the wall.

Amazing Private get-a-way!

We absolutely loved our stay! The cabin was clean, accommodating and decorated beautifully! We did get to see the bears too! 🙌🏻 The road up to the cabin is winding and long, which we loved. It adds to the seclusion of this family get-a-way! Thank you so much for letting us use your home! 🙏❣️🙏 The sweet memories will always be with us!

Loved this mountain

We spent 3 nights here and had a good stay. Pros: location is away from the busy area and very quiet. All bedrooms have their own full size bathroom with separate tub/shower. Plenty of towels provided. Our kids LOVED the pool table and the area upstairs was spacious for them to hang out together. We had 4 boys between the 2 families ages 10,11,12,14. Cons: We were only there 3 nights and only planned to eat breakfast and possibly sandwiches for lunch there. We didn’t plan to cook really. However, if we were going to be there longer we typically would cook 2-3 nights. If we had wanted to cook, the pots, pans, baking dishes would not have been sufficient. I did want to cook some eggs but ended up microwaving them because there wasn’t a pan for them. We made brownies one night and used a pie pan because there wasn’t an 8x8 or anything bigger to bake them in. This was also our first time in a Vrbo rental that had zero basic spices, not even salt and pepper. Keeping a few basic things on hand for guests would be helpful. The ice maker will leak into the fridge so just don’t try to use it. There was an ice tray in the freezer. Spiderwebs in corners need to be taken care of. Within 20 minutes of our arrival we had a bear under the deck that went into the woods before going behind the neighbors cabin. The next day we saw a momma bear and 2 cubs going down from the cabin and it was THE coolest thing. Overall we had a great time with family and enjoyed our stay.

Family getaway

Our family met at this cabin for a long weekend getaway and had a great time. The cabin is spacious with lots of outdoor deck area. The common areas were great for gathering, but everyone had enough room for our own privacy. We loved that every bedroom had its own bathroom, small tv, and deck access. A great perk that wasn’t listed but very appreciated was that one of the ground floor bedrooms was more accessible for my elderly mother (the bathroom in her suite had handicap pull bars by the toilet and in the shower). We were delighted to be able to see bears daily and the mountain view was great for morning coffee. Be forewarned that it is miles to the nearest grocery so it is important to stock up on the way in!
