UNIQUE TERRACE: + 30m2 covered terrace, garden level, with garden shower and 30 m2 of uncovered terrace.
400m from San Ginès beach and mountains (800m alt.)
* no air conditioning required at the seaside, 1 fan per room and 1 turbo fan for the living room brewer.

Merci de votre évaluation médiocre qui est un pure mensonge! Vous avez créer une ambiance formidable et m’avez apporté du poisson grillé 3x,vous avez fait une sous location de 4 personnes pour 3 nuits! jusqu’au jour de votre départ! Logement dans un état déplorable et sale! Draps et alèses tâchés de 10 de sang dû les laver 3x! Frigo et plaques de cuisson d’une insalubrité jamais vu!

Marie, toujours aussi pétillante! La location formidable, tout y est pensé : lave-vaisselle & lave-linge pour éviter toutes corvées, la plage à 10 minutes à peine. Le rêve où tout est compris pour bénéficier à fond de 15 jours de vacances. Encore un grand merci Marie Rose!! besitos

Bonita estancia con terraza

En primer lugar me gustaría aclarar que la vivienda es compartida, la propietaria vive arriba con acceso independiente y en el lateral hay otro apartamento. Nosotros pensábamos que alquilabamos alojamiento entero con 3 dormitorios pero realmente eran dos y un salón con un par de camas acomodadas. La propietaria muy atenta.

Merci Yvan de votre apréciation. C'était quand même bien d'avoir pu organiser l'anniversaire de votre bébé de 1an avec 30 personnes, sur la grande terrasse de côté et d'avoir abusé du barbecue (interdit) tous les soirs malgré le vent à 5m des pins et zone verte. La chambre supplémentaire sur le coté pouvait être à votre disposition pour un supplément ( lit de 2x2m). Je précise que ce n'est pas un appartement, mais une autre pièce , salle des machines, chauffe-eau, machine à laver et lingerie. Egalement le tuyaux d'arrosage n'est pas un joué pour enfants. Merci de votre compréhension!!!! Mais vous étiez aussi plus de 7 personnes sans payer de supplément! Cordialement Marie Rose

Preciosa casa y trato muy agradable

La casa tiene todo lo que se pueda necesitar para pasar unas buenas vacaciones. Marie Rose facilita la estancia con su presencia agradable y acogedora. la casa tiene amplios espacios de jardín. Que es a la única desventaja es que no esté en primera línea de playa y haya que caminar casi 10 minutos para llegar a ella.

Très belle location à proximité de la plage

Nous avons séjourné en août avec nos 2 adolescents. La maison est située dans un quartier résidentiel à 5 mn de la plage et des commodités. Elle est spacieuse et bien organisée. Les 2 salles de bains sont très appréciables + une 3ème à l'extérieur. Les literies de 180 cm sont très confortables (nous avons très bien dormi). La terrasse couverte nous a permis de faire tous les repas à l'extérieur. La maison dispose de tout le confort nécessaire et tout a été pensé pour un quotidien "comme à la maison". La propriétaire a été disponible et à nos petits soins. Merci Marie-Rose d'avoir fait que ce séjour soit inoubliable !

Parfaitement propre et soigné! Description exacte! La propriétaire est super sympa et discrète ! Était à notre service pour résoudre le moindre de nos soucis si nous en avions le besoin! Je recommande cette location dans un endroit de rêve! restaurant et plage au top!
