The house is non-smoking, the windows on the ground floor equipped with electric aluminum shutters with central locking and the upper-level shutters have blackout blinds from the velux brand.

Brignogan-Plage is a seaside resort located on the edge of the English Channel and part of the CĂŽte des LĂ©gendes. The coast around Brignogan alternates fine sandy beaches and magnificent rocky chaos. The GR34 hiking trail allows lovers of hiking to follow the old customs trail for 34km, 18 walks are also inventoried throughout the territory. Another bike alternative with tro-bikes 1 and 2.

38 km from Brest, 36 km from Roscoff and 34 km from Brest-Guipavas airport, its central location will allow you to cross North FinistĂšre.

Tres bon emplacement proche des plages, maison agreable avec grand salon sejour et plein de materiel de plage (kayak, paddle, etc.), terrasse avec parasol si trop de soleil, tres bon accueil de la proprietaire et petits cadeaux a l arrivée. Nous avons séjourné avec toute la famille, des grands parents a la petite derniere de 8 mois, rien a redire!

la location idéale

Cette maison est parfaite , trÚs bien équipée et bien pensée pour une grande famille ou 2 ou 3 couples idéalement située à moins de 5 minutes à pied des plages , de l'école de voile et de deux restaurants et d'un bar A moins de 10 minutes à pied on trouve une épicerie avec dépÎt de pain et à 5km le village de Kerlouan ( marché le dimanche matin)avec ses nombreux commerces et son super marché est facilement accessible avec les vélos à disposition les propriétaires ont mis à disposition tout ce qu'il faut ( vélos avec remorque, paddles ,canoë avec roues pour pouvoir aller à la mer )ou faire ses courses sans utiliser sa voiture c'est trÚs appréciable tout comme le jardin ( sans vis à vis) et sa belle terrasse. Nous y avons passé un trÚs agréable séjour dans une belle région

Une maison encore plus belle en vrai qu'en photos, et pourtant comme vous pouvez le constatez les photos sont magnifiques ! Nous Ă©tions 5 : de 15 ans Ă  70 ans. Une suite parentale magnifique au rdc pour ma mĂšre ĂągĂ©e Ă  mobilitĂ© rĂ©duite, et nous deux avec les grands enfants Ă  l'Ă©tage, tous dans de trĂšs belles chambres ! A une superbe dĂ©co, ont Ă©tĂ© honorĂ©s les deux critĂšres essentiels Ă  mes yeux : une propretĂ© irrĂ©prochable et une bonne literie !!! Les vĂ©los mis Ă  disposition nous ont permis de faire de trĂšs belles balades en famille le long de ce bord de cĂŽte Ă©poustouflant, sous une mĂ©tĂ©o bien clĂ©mente ! Notre hĂŽte a Ă©tĂ© d'une grande gentillesse dĂšs le dĂ©but des Ă©changes, et d'une disponibilitĂ© et d'une efficacitĂ© remarquables lorsque nous avons eu Ă  formuler des demandes en cours de sĂ©jour. Notre seul regret (indĂ©pendant de notre hĂŽte et de la location !) est de ne pas avoir pu faire du paddle car nous avons finalement renoncĂ© Ă  la fraĂźcheur de l'eau de ce mois d'avril. Wir durften einen perfekten Urlaub in der Bretagne genießen. Das Haus ist super gepflegt und sehr gut ausgestattet. Sei es die komplett ausgestattete KĂŒche, die bequemen Betten, die schöne Terrasse, der wunderschöne Wohn-/Essbereich oder das Equipment in der Garage - wir können die tollen Bewertungen der anderen GĂ€ste nur bestĂ€tigen. In wenigen Schritten ist man am Meer und kann die abwechslungsreiche und traumhafte Natur voll genießen. Große Felsen, ein Leuchtturm, feiner Sand, die VerĂ€nderungen durch Ebbe und Flut - man erlebt alles hautnah quasi direkt vor der HaustĂŒr. Man muss gar nicht weg, um die Schönheit der Bretagne zu sehen. Wir hatten mit den sehr netten Vermietern von Anfang an einen sehr guten Kontakt. Es hat alles bestens funktioniert. Man spĂŒrt, dass es Ihnen wichtig ist einen schönen Urlaub verbringen zu können und sich wohlzufĂŒhlen. Danke dafĂŒr und 100% Weiterempfehlung!!!! Björn & Sara

Accueil chaleureux de la propriĂ©taire. Cadeaux de bienvenue : produits bretons qui ont ravi toute la famille. Maison d’une propretĂ© impeccable, bien situĂ©e (Ă  proximitĂ© des plages environnantes), tout confort, fonctionnelle avec une cuisine super Ă©quipĂ©e et un beau jardin bien arrangĂ© et bien entretenu. Nous avons admirĂ© le bel olivier. Semaine de vacances formidable. Les vĂ©los ont Ă©tĂ© apprĂ©ciĂ©s pour des sorties en famille et la dĂ©couverte des alentours. Merci Ă  Delphine et son mari. J’ai eu un trĂšs bon contact et rĂ©ponse trĂšs rapide. A notre arrivĂ© on a Ă©tait accueilli avec des boissons fraĂźches dans le frigo et un panier et bouteille. C’était super attentionnĂ© de leurs part merci encore. La maison Ă©tait propre et bien Ă©quipĂ© avec linge de lit et serviette pour tous. Ce qui est pratique pour Ă©viter d’encombrer le coffre de voiture. La plage se fait Ă  pied tranquillement pas besoin de voiture. Un p’tit magasin proxi pour les achats de nourriture, un p’tit tabac et qq resto proche de la maison. Je vous recommande Ă  100%. Les propriĂ©taires super sympathique. Merci Delphine
