Our fully furnished villa is located in the popular Evian community that is centered in the heart of Shipyard community! Our family enjoys time at the beach and using the villa, therefore we want to share the opportunity with you to enjoy beach time and make memories! Our villa is a 2-story, townhome style location with 2 beds, 2 1/2 bath amenities. On the 1st floor, the open living and dining room plan look out on the first hole of the Brigantine nine of Shipyard golf course. Upstairs, the 2 bedrooms provide ample sleeping arrangements, each with their own updated bathroom. Other villa features include a fully furnished kitchen, 1/2 bathroom on 1st floor, washer/dryer upstairs, and a scenic outdoor patio. For your enjoyment, we also provide 2 of our personal bicycles to use during your stay!

-Guest bedroom (upstairs): one Queen bed, set of bunk beds (twin)
-Sleeper sofa downstairs in living room

The villa is located in the popular Evian community of Shipyard positioned across the street from the Evian lagoon and walking distance to the community pool. Beach access is located beside the Shipyard Beach House and Sonesta Resort. Enjoying the Shipyard community means enjoying bike paths leading to the beach, community tennis courts, and a few minutes drive to the golf club. The south end location is convenient by bike and car to restaurants, shopping, and Coligny beach park.
