This luxurious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Evian villa located within Shipyard Plantation on the seventh Tee of the Brigantine golf course, is a short bike ride to the beach and a quick walk for golf and tennis. This villa is perfect for families and couples alike. The open floor plan offers plenty of natural light and access to a covered patio with golf views.

The living area with plenty of natural light offers vaulted ceilings, luxury plank floors, wet bar with wine fridge, sectional sofa, flat screen television and electric fireplace. Great area for family gatherings.

The fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances opens up to the dining area with access to the outdoor balcony overlooking the golf course that is partially covered for outdoor relaxing.

The large master bedroom has a seating area with golf course views that features a king-size bed, flat screen television, and walk-in closet. The new private master bathroom features a large custom walk-in shower and double vanity and plenty of counter space.

The guest bedroom has a queen size bed and a Twin Size Bed with a flat screen television and plenty of closet space. The guest bathroom is located just outside the bedroom featuring a shower/tub combination.

Beach chairs and beach umbrella/Coolcabana are provided for your enjoyment.

If we ever make it back to Hilton Head, we will stay here! House is as described, very comfortable, clean and well equipped. The hosts are phenomenal and communication was excellent. And the Shipyard village is great as well. Don’t think twice about booking here.

Great property, great hosts.

Highly recommend staying at this property while enjoying HHI. Great location, and the property is especially clean, comfortable and nicely appointed with the hosts thinking of everything as far amenities. They were totally available for questions, and kept in close contact for any questions.

Relaxing time in paradise

This was a quiet, well appointed villa in beautiful Shipyard. We enjoyed our stay. Our hosts were quick to respond to any inquiries and we enjoyed watching golfers from the second story patio. Walked to tennis and the beach each day. Perfect location.

Quiet centrally located and well kept

This is an outstanding place. Very clean in a very quiet spot in Shipyards. Communications with the host was excellent and they provided everything you could think of for a very relaxing and stress free experience. The location is very close to everything and is very well maintained. We definitely would stay there again.

Great stay at this comfortable, clean place

We had a really great experience at this condo. The owner went above and beyond in providing excellent communication from the initial booking through our stay. The place was very clean, comfortable and well-taken care of. We loved having beach parking access which was so convenient. Would definitely enjoy staying there again!

Second stay just as great as the first one

This was our second stay at this condo in Hilton Head and it was just as great as our first time. This second level condo is great and the location is perfect. We will definitely look to stay here the next time we come back. Short bike ride to the beach access and Coligny shopping center. Watch golfers from the balcony. Short walk to the pool, tennis, and pickleball courts. Scott and Myla think of everything to make your stay great and are very responsive.

Holiday in Hilton Head

Truly an exceptional base to call home for the holiday stay that my family and I had in Hilton Head. Great communication (although a bit difficult to find at night). Cannot wait to come back and visit, perhaps when the Carolina's aren't going through their cold spurt:)

A taste of heaven

Hidden gem in Hilton Head

We really enjoyed our stay in this villa. Easy check in. Owner readily available and very pro active. Quiet environment. 3 golf courses inside the property which we got to play one of them. Short driving distance to Harbour village. Nice, comfortable balcony with golf course view. Highly recommended. You cannot go wrong with this village.

Perfect Get-away

This was a well-appointed perfect beach get away for our Thanksgiving time away from home. It was a tranquil quiet time for us. The kitchen was stock with every tool you needed to prepare food. It was very clean. Would could not have asked for a better place to visit.

This was our first time visiting Hilton head and I found this condo located in the Evian / Shipyard community to be accessible to everything, a beautiful setting, and great amenities. The condo was very clean, beautifully decorated, and perfect for our family of four. We will be back!

Beautiful, Clean, and Perfectly Located

Scott and Myla have the perfect spot for a relaxing vacation. Centrally located, yet feels many miles away from the excitement of Coligny beach area. We enjoyed the Evian pool, tennis courts, and the villa is an easy bike ride to the beach. The villa was perfectly clean upon arrival and appointed with anything and everything we could need for our beach vacation. We are already looking forward to our next trip!

Great Place to Stay in Shipyard!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The unit was clean, organized, and welcoming! Exactly as described in the advertisement. The location was great and the community beach access was excellent. Scott and Myla truly set the bar high for hospitality - if I could give them an extra star I would! Excellent communication before and during our stay. I would gladly rent from them again!
