Casa Montaña

Nestled in the heart of Pineapple Hill, on the 413 Interior Road, looking west over the Caribbean Sea, is La Casa Montaña. A five bedroom, three story home with four separate apartments, two full kitchens, pool and amazing ocean views. This home offers a large house feel with separate living spaces for privacy when you are with a large group.

The top floor patio is the gathering place for the house, boasting stunning west facing sunset views of the Caribbean Sea. The patio has covered and open air areas, hammocks, a large wooden picnic table and couches to lounge on. The Master bedroom of the house is on this floor, it has a very comfortable pillow top king mattress, large closet and views of the valley and ocean. The bathroom is between the kitchen and the bedroom with views of the jungle below. The large fully equipped kitchen has a wonderful ocean view looking out of the front door and windows onto the patio. Off of the kitchen there is a charming floating balcony for you to enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sun rise over the mountains of Moca or to watch the moon rise in the evening with a glass of wine!

Walking down the stairs from the top floor is the two bedroom apartment (queen size/king size beds) complete with full kitchen, open dining and living room, laundry room and a large jack and jill bathroom. Also, on this level is the salt water pool along with a beautiful pergola over looking the valley below. The pool is surrounded by lush tropical plants making it private.

Continuing on, down the stairs from the pool or from the two bedroom apartment, is the Pool Room, this bedroom is all windows that look out onto lush vegetation. It has a very comfortable queen size bed, bathroom and sitting area.

Now, walking around the bottom of the house from the Pool Room is the Blue Room, this can be accessed from the driveway side of the house as well. The Blue Room is a spacious bedroom with a luxurious pillow top king, a large bathroom and outdoor living area for reading books or relaxing.

Other things to note
Casa Montaña is a very private place. However, there are neighbors that live full time in the area. We ask that you please be respectful with noise after 10PM. No loud karaoke, or sound systems. We want you to enjoy yourselves but not at the expense of our neighbors peace. We really appreciate your consideration!


We have a Pack N Play for children if needed.

As well as two blow up mattresses for extra sleeping space, if needed.

We have many surfboards hanging on the walls. Those surfboards are NOT TO BE TOUCHED OR USED. If you want to rent a surfboard you can go to the local surf shop.

It is understood that many flights get in late (or early in the morning) from Aguadilla. Check in time is 3PM. Guests are welcome to check in at any time they arrive after 3PM on their check-in day. Please be aware that if your flight gets in at 1AM and you want to check in at 2-3AM, you will need to book the night prior to reserve the room. You will be able to let yourself in with a keypad.
