Apartment bay of Mont-saint-Michel in the heart of the village of Saint-Broladre

Beautiful apartment, labeled 3 keys Clévacances, a surface of 70 m² duplex (the entrance to the first and all other rooms above) for 2 to 4 people on the 1st floor of a house.
Weekly rental but possibility to rent a few days depending on availability.
We offer a rental of sheets and towels at a rate of 30 euros per stay. Remember to specify your choice when booking.

The apartment consists of a large living / dining room with open kitchen, two independent bedrooms each with a 140 cm bed, a bathroom, separate toilet and an entrance hall .

Easy and free parking in front of the house.

logement coquet mais sombre et au 2e étage et non au 1er comme indiqué

Le logement situé à Saint Broladre est coquet, propre et spacieux mais il se trouve au 2e étage et non au 1er comme indiqué sur le site ; seule l'entrée (unique pièce bénéficiant d'une grande fenêtre) est au 1er étage et donne sur un escalier raide qui permet d'accéder à l'appartement situé au 2e étage. Par ailleurs, la pièce principale de cet appartement est sombre, 2 vélux de petite taille au sud et une fenêtre en chien assis au ras du sol au nord ne permettant pas un éclairage suffisant même par grand soleil et les lampes au plafond ne sont pas aux emplacements appropriés. De plus, logement situé à 50 m de l'église qui carillonne par 2 fois toutes les heures et sonne 1 coup toutes les demi-heure puis l'angélus à 7 h du matin, ce qui ne facilite pas le sommeil.

Nous avons effectué un séjour à 2 couples dasn cet appartement très fonctionnel et idéalement placé. Endroit calme, accueil chaleureux. Logement propre et fonctionnel. Je recommande pour la visite des alentours avec le mont saint Michel et saint Malo tous deux à 20 min de route

Appartement spacieux et très bien placé

Le gîte est conforme à la description du site. Facile à trouver, il permet de rayonner dans toute la baie du Mont Saint Michel. Equipements appréciés pour un séjour agréable.
