Apartment for 4 people located in the second (and last) floor of a small residence very quiet, with a private parking, located close to the city center and 500m from the beach of Trestrignel, where you can enjoy the joys Of swimming even at low tide. The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a flat screen TV (117 cm) with a nice sea view on the 7 islands, a fully equipped kitchen (microwave / grill, SENSEO coffee machine, Fridge / freezer, toaster, kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery, ....) open on a living room and a living room with a table for 4 people and a sofa, the whole, overlooking A loggia equipped with a sofa in braided resin so as to be able to contemplate the exceptional panorama that offers this apartment of 42 m². The mezzanine consists of 2 bunk beds, as well as a fully equipped bathroom (washing machine / dryer, bathtub with glass wall). The toilet is separated from the bathroom. The apartment offers beautiful amenities with quality fittings, all decorated with taste, on a new floating floor. You can have a common room at the condo to put your holiday business (surfboard, bicycles, wetsuits, ....).

The tourist tax is 2 € per day and per person over 18 years and to pay on the spot.

Appartement idéalement situé, bien insonorisé, très propre, vaisselle impeccable, la literie est très confortable et très propre également.Grand parking à disposition. Immeuble très bien entretenu et calme.Petit appartement extrêmement bien aménagé mais pour 4 membres d'une même famille, pas pour 4 amis car la mezzanine est ouverte donc pas d'intimité et manque de rangement pour les valises.J'y reviendrai avec grand plaisir car c'est un bel espace très bien situé.

un appartement encoremieux situé qu on ne le pensait. deux points de vue splendide à 50m. endroit calme. proche du marché. pas trop loin du centre de perros. proche du sentier des douaniers. vue superbe de l’appart et, grâce à un miroir judicieusement placé on en profite encore plus. excellent contact avec les propriétaires tjs à l écoute. nous n avions pas de luxe mais d un bon logement bien placé. je conseille le lever du jour au point de vue de la borne perros guirec et le deuxième au coucher du soleil. spectacle garanti. merci aux hôtes. pour les geocacheurs, j ai tellement aimé que j y ai placé une cache virtuelle. zeb family

Ravie de mon séjour ! Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans ce logement. Le petit balcon offre une vue vraiment magique, idéale pour se détendre. L’appartement est très bien aménagé, rien ne manque, tout est pensé pour le confort.L’emplacement est parfait pour découvrir la côte de granit rose. Enfin, la propriétaire est très réactive et disponible, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable. Je recommande sans hésitation !

Résidence très calme, l'emplacement est idéal pour rayonner autour de la côte de granit rose. Appartement idéal pour un couple mais je dirais un peu juste pour une famille. Appartement très fonctionnel, bonne literie, jolie vue. Très facile de se garer sur le grand parking. Seul bémol, une odeur de poisson dans le frigo qui a persisté tout le séjour. Très bon séjour malgré le temps automnal.

Appartement propre avec tout le nécessaire. Bonne literie. Bien situé pour aller en ville et à la plage à pied. En voiture, on peut également avoir accès facilement aux différents lieux pour faire de belles balades et découvrir le granit rose. La vue de l'appartement sur la mer est superbe. Un petit canapé permet de contempler la mer en buvant l'apéro !! La propriétaire nous a donné de bons conseils visites et restos. belles balades

Parfait petit logement

Logement relativement petit mais bien aménagé et équipé et optimisé pour offrir tout le nécessaire afin de découvrir Perros-Guirec et ses environs. La situation du logement est à ce titre idéale pour rayonner dans le coin, même sans voiture grâce au GR qui passe à proximité. Le seul bémol étant une odeur qui a persisté lors de notre séjour dans l'entrée du logement, comme si les précédents occupants avaient cuisiné du poisson, mais l'impression s'estompe vite. Le prix est de plus très correct, et nous avons été accueillis avec un grand sachet de très bons gâteaux qui nous a été offert. A recommander !

Location très agréable, avec comme atout principal une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer. L'immeuble qui l'abrite est moderne et sans charme mais l'intérieur du logement est meublé et décoré sobrement et avec goût. A l'extérieur, un grand parking supprime tout souci de stationnement. A l'intérieur, un autre atout non négligeable est la présence de 2 télés, une grande dans la chambre et une petite dans le séjour. La plage de Trestrignel est accessible à pieds, par escaliers, et donne ainsi la possibilité de s'y baigner très facilement. Le centre ville est assez proche: 10 mn à pieds. La plage de Trestraou, plage principale de Perros-Guirec, est plus loin: 20 à 25 mn à pieds.
