Emplacement idéal pour venir en train, à 5 minutes à pieds de la gare. La vieille ville et la plage accessible également à pieds. Toutes commodités et bons restaurants à proximité. Le propriétaire est très réactif et arrangeant. La maison est à la fois authentique et confortable, très bien équipée (rien ne manque) et la literie est confortable. Hyper calme malgré qu'on soit en ville.

Très agréable séjour

Gîte à l'emplacement idéal. Nous connaissions déjà beaucoup St Malo, c'était un retour aux sources et nous avons apprécié de pouvoir bénéficier d'un emplacement idéal !La maison est au calme, à 10min de là plage du Sillon. Un accueil très agréable nous a été fait, le propriétaire est très disponible et arrangeant.Le gîte est fonctionnel, très bien équipé et la literie est nikel.Certes, au vu de certains commentaires précédents, un petit coup de jeune pourrait être le bienvenu mais nous nous en sommes très bien accomodés pour 4 jours.Mis à dispo de vélos, très sympa !!

Location agréable. Bémol sur la literie, qui pr nous n'était pas confortable. Sinon la maison très agréable, un peu sombre en ce qui concerne la pièce du bas. Malheureusement pas eu une belle météo sur la région. Mais d'agréables vacances en famille pr se ballader sur St Malo, Mont Saint Michel.... La conciergerie qui s'occupe de la maison est très professionnelle et très courtoise. Vous pouvez louer cette maison sans aucun souci.

A la rencontre de Saint Malo

La maison est fonctionnelle et très bien équipée. Le quartier est très calme sans être isolé. Le fait de pouvoir naviguer à pied pour rejoindre l'intra muros ou les plages est vraiment un plus. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable, répondant à toutes nos attentes de repos, d'évasion, de balades et autres aventures narrées par les malouins rencontrés.

Nachdem ich 2 Wochen dort gelebt habe, freue ich mich jetzt, eine schöne Wohnung zu bekommen. Es ist noch die schlechteste und teuerste Wohnung von bald 15 Wohnungen in Saint Malo, die wir für unsere Kollegen hier gemietet haben. Die Küche ist ein dunkles Loch mit Blick auf einen ungepflegten Betongarten. Die Möbel im Obergeschoss sind alt, wackelig, veraltet und die Matratzen sind alt und überbeansprucht. Das Geschirr ist aus vielen Haushalten zusammengebracht, nur der Herd ist neu. Ich könnte so fortfahren Das Haus muss dringend komplett renoviert und nicht oberflächlich gereinigt werden. Die "Missverständnisse" zeigen nur, eine Gutschrift ist unter dieser Plattform so wenig verhandelbar, wie ein angemessener Rabatt.

Superbe séjour

Tout d'abord, très bon accueil par Clément le concierge. La maison est spacieuse, avec beaucoup d'équipements récents. Le mobilier vintage et dépareillé donne du charme et de la personnalité au lieu (ce qui n'est pas rendu par les photos). La cour arrière est agréable et très calme. Bref, on s'y sent bien ! Les concierges et le propriétaire sont à l'écoute et compréhensifs.

Petite maison sans prétention mais très agréable, bien équipée, fraîche par forte chaleur. Très bien située, on peut tout faire à pieds même avec de jeunes enfants.
